Sasha makes the point that there have been so many slurs and insults hurled at Trump, his family, and followers that no amount of hurling insults back at them could possibly equal the Left's own vitriol. For every time Trump tells some reporter what he thinks of them, there are literally a million insults which go unanswered. That's 999,999 times Trump remained silent per 1 time he responded in kind. Pretty good track record if you ask me.

It is just bizarre for him to call a reporter in a middle of a press conference "Piggy". As always, Stone has total amnesia of the insults Trump calls democrats and any one who opposes him ALL THE TIME. Remember Trump’s use of Hitler rhetoric from a Veteran’s Day speech, 2023 saying, “We pledge to you that we will root out the communists, Marxists, fascists, and the radical left thugs that live like VERMIN within the confines of our country.” He's always calling them "radical leftwing lunatics", "sick", "deranged" , the "enemy within", etc. His Madisn Square Gardens even was full of crude and racist comments.

In recent news, lawmakers, many of whom are veterans, posted a video Tuesday telling military and intelligence officers to "refuse illegal orders." Trump made several posts:

“This is really bad, and Dangerous to our Country. Their words cannot be allowed to stand. SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR FROM TRAITORS!!! LOCK THEM UP???”

"SEDITIIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH!" and reposted:

“Hang them George Washington would.”

Rep. Jason Crow ( D-CO), an Army veteran, appeared on Fox news and pointed out some of some statements the erratic Trump has made that would be illegal if ordered:

At the protests at Lafayette Square in the first Trump administration where he said, ‘Can't you just shoot them? Can't you just shoot them in the legs or something?’ to Generals who were with him. Suppose that was an "order."

He's threatened to send the military into Chicago and other cities to, quote, 'go to war with those cities.'

He's mentioned sending troops to polling stations, which is actually a violation of U.S. law. U.S. criminal law prohibits troops from going to polling stations.

“We should use some of these dangerous cities as training grounds for our military, National Guard, but military,” Trump told an audience filled with top generals and admirals in Quantico, Virginia.

The suspect had been reappointed by Walz to a Minn workforce council, leading people to claim he is a democrat, but people are appointed to this council based on industry representation, not on party affiliation. No but I have noticed a serious infiltration of people now on Substack who do not contribute to the conversation in the comments in a substantial or meaningful way. They seem to be here to cut down and contradict the pieces and the comments of the commenters.

I have observed this phenomena happening since last fall. Coincidentally these people showed up when a certain person won the presidency last fall.

I call them the ‘sh*t stirrers’ and the majority of the time their comments are not pleasant, or an informative contribution to the conversation.

If one should dig a bit deeper and look at these ‘commenters’ profiles they are relatively recent ‘arrivistes’ to Substack.

I have been on Substack long enough (over four years) to know what the comments are like in general on the majority of the Substacks I subscribe to.

I have not been on Ms. Stone’s Substack that long. Am a relative newcomer here. A friend recommended her, and I like what she has to say so I subscribed. You haven’t “seen me here on Substack” because we travel in entirely different orbits here on Substack. You can look at my profile here on Substack, (as I have looked at yours, thus my observations), and see who I subscribe to and or read. They are quite different from your “interests”.

I do not “identify” with either of the two reigning political parties here in the USA. I never voted for Trump, nor have I voted for any Dems in over 14 years. I vote for the person, and how I think they will represent me and my views. So over the past 15 plus years, I haven’t voted for many of either party and I have been voting for a very long time. I am not a black or white, left or right thinker. I always see shades of gray in every issue and then make my own decisions, and am not influenced by “the hive mind” mentality.

I think of both ‘parties’ as basically “two cheeks of the same ass” or “two wings of the same bird”.

They are both equal opportunistic grifters, corrupt to their cores, out for themselves, and not their constituents. And are the reason the USA is sooo f**ked up now. I’m ready to have both parties implode, and build something new.

Boelter confessed to the shootings in a handwritten letter to Patel found in his purported getaway car and claimed he had been acting on secret orders from Governor Walz who ordered him to kill the state’s two U.S. senators, Amy Klobuchar and Tina Smith, because “Tim wants to be senator.” The letter claims that Boelter didn’t want to participate but did so after someone threatened his family and that he later killed people who were part of the alleged plot. U.S. attorney Joseph Thompson, whose office is leading the federal case against Boelter, said it was unclear if the rambling note was the gunman’s attempt to implicate the Hortmans and Hoffmans. He described it as fantasy.

Thompson said he had decided to make public a photo of the letter and other evidence to be as “transparent as possible in this case, in light of the legitimate public interest.”

Congress is the embodiment of this problem; it was never intended to create a political class and was intended to be refreshed every 2-4-6 years with other Citizens. It hasn't been for decades, and is now even more exclusive than before.
