One of those Nordic countries (or it may've been Denmark) consumed the highest amount of Zoloft, etc. than any nation on the planet, not even close to the next country. For example, an Adviser to Governor-Elect Sherrill's campaign in N.J. said shortly before Election day that she'd be satisfied with her candidate beating Jack Ciattarelli by 6 percentage points, but she ended up beating him by more 2 TIMES that margin as Sherrill's 56.55% share of votes to Ciattarelli's 42.86% share had her beat the Republican by 13.69 percentage points! And in VA. the Democrat did even BETTER! It should really worry the GOP that the #1 issue that voters in exit polls noted as affecting how they voted is the high cost of living, especially grocery price inflation being a big sore spot to voters as they recall Trump saying in his 2024 campaign that Americans would see him lowering grocery prices starting on his 1ST day as President if voters returned him to the White House! Union City is the township with NJ's highest % of folks who are Latinos, as 81% of its population is Hispanic American. And grocery price rises always topped the concerns of Latinos in 2024's polling, which is why Trump made a large improvement over the 19% of Latino votes in Union City that he got in 2016, & the 28% of those votes he got in 2020, as Donald grabbed 41% of those votes in 2024, thanks mostly to his claim he would lower grocery prices. But in November 4's elections, the New Jersey Republican candidate for Governor got an AWFUL 15.1% of the votes that Latinos in Union City cast, a HUGE drop from what they gave to the last Republican they voted for: Trump! I don’t think she is clueless but well aware of the precarious situation we are in. I live in Colorado and a once well defined red county. I am a precinct committee person who tracts the vote in my precinct each year. My neighbor hood is filled with 30-40 year old homes valued at an average of 700-900k, nice cars and trucks, nice lawns - seemingly good home nurturing conditions. My precinct has not voted Republican in the past 6 years even though I work hard each year to GOTV. 10’s of millions won’t do it since we are loosing the common sense battle. 49.9% loses every time. The mid-terms are vulnerable and with those our advantage.

And in VA. the Democrat did even BETTER! I am a precinct committee person who tracts the vote in my precinct each year. My neighbor hood is filled with 30-40 year old homes valued at an average of 700-900k, nice cars and trucks, nice lawns - seemingly good home nurturing conditions. My precinct has not voted Republican in the past 6 years even though I work hard each year to GOTV. 10’s of millions won’t do it since we are loosing the common sense battle. 49.9% loses every time. Great article. One thing though, it’s hard to get out all the good things to come from all the trillions in manufacturing when the media is complicit in only talking about chaos.
