I have zero problems with people over the age of 18 transitioning if they feel they need to (I have a close friend who transitioned from male to female in her late 40's, so I have no problem with it...for ADULTS). Under 18 it's just child abuse plain and simple. Children are being pushed into permanently damaging their bodies by adults, not by their own feelings about themselves. In most cases, they are simply in need of therapy or are probably gay or lesbian. There are now many examples of de-transitioning people who are very unhappy that they were pushed into transitioning by adults who should have known better.

I have a son with autism; I never took tylenol during pregnancy, and I began thinking there was something strange about him the day I brought him home from the hospital BEFORE he had any vaccines.

I have zero problems with people over the age of 18 transitioning if they feel they need to (I have a close friend who transitioned from male to female in her late 40's, so I have no problem with it...for ADULTS). Under 18 it's just child abuse plain and simple. Children are being pushed into permanently damaging their bodies by adults, not by their own feelings about themselves. In most cases, they are simply in need of therapy or are probably gay or lesbian. There are now many examples of de-transitioning people who are very unhappy that they were pushed into transitioning by adults who should have known better.

And apart from intense therapy that involves getting to the roots of a person's emotional development and reprogramming one's mental health based on a faith in a personal God and others who genuinely love us... the sexual trajectory of a person's life may become irreversible....Jesus with the woman at well comes to mind, as "He told her every thing she had ever done...5 Husbands and living with a man now who was not her husband..." Yep, I've been waiting for a long while for the GOP/Republicans/constitutional conservatives to pay hard ball, "bring it" and bare-knuckle it. But many don't want to get their hands dirty.
