Seeking out God in times of trouble and unrest will lead you to a place where you can find real, deep and meaningful refuge.
Even if you’ve never done so before, I recommend saying a prayer, if even just for guidance, peace or a moment of rest from all the noise and tumult.
We all need to take a break every now and then from all that’s going on around us, if just to regain our bearings.
“Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.”
