No, now it is a protected abortion of toddlers and even young children in many Blue states. Abortion has been redefined to mean "legal killing of one's child, either before or after partum". Women must be protected at all costs and given control of their own bodies, you know (unless they are raped by an illegal immigrant, and then that act by an "oppressed person" takes precedence over the woman's life) .
