As a former 4th generation Texan, I have great faith that the judicial branch there will sift through the legal bullsh*t. The sentences may be reduced, but it sends a message that they’re not messin’ around with violent protesters.
A big part of the globalist push to take over the world prior to the Trump revolution, USAID funded, was to take over the judiciary, and use them to thwart any pushback. We see it in the US today and also in Europe whenever nationalist party get anywhere close to victory.
In the US the judiciary seems to be on its last lawful days as judges keep stepping outside the law to steer policy which is unconstitutional for them to do. They keep doing this even after the Supreme Court smacks them down but there are zero consequences for them as they work to stop the President from doing what is lawful for him to do. They are eating up the days of his term. When / if the left takes over the Supreme Court it's game over for the constitution and for the US.
There is a simple fix in America. The Federal judiciary is established and regulated by Congress. The Congress could pass laws limiting the term for Federal judges so they would not have lifetime appointments. There should also be the ability to impeach a judge for malfeasance.
The left keeps pushing 'reforms' that would make the courts their puppets so I'm cautious. Maybe, make 80 the retirement age as they seem to keep their minds going. Although, I did see Sotomayor walk down a long hallway with the other judges to the last inauguration and I thought she moved like a feeble person. I was a bit shocked.

In the US the judiciary seems to be on its last lawful days as judges keep stepping outside the law to steer policy which is unconstitutional for them to do. There is a simple fix in America. The Federal judiciary is established and regulated by Congress. The Congress could pass laws limiting the term for Federal judges so they would not have lifetime appointments. There should also be the ability to impeach a judge for malfeasance.

The Dems allowed the extreme left and avowed socialists to enter their party because they wanted the fund raising momentum those groups have. And the immigrant votes it promised. It’s always been about the money they can raise and the power it buys. I don’t think traditional Democrats ever thought the socialism push would take hold. Now that they have ridden that tiger for long enough to think they have controlled it, the tiger has eaten them. It was bound to happen and does not bode well for any area of the country.
In my lifetime, D’s have always overly embraced the victim class, whoever they perceive that is. They are reaping now what they sowed. I only want to see it contained within blue districts. The moment it moves beyond that, is the moment that Belfast-like political violence can occur. And I’d rather not see anyone in America driven to point where they act outside the political system.
Red districts are affected or will be because teachers are trained to indoctrinate with these evil ideas, so kids coming up everywhere are impacted. Florida has fought this back the most. I don't know about other states. I hope you are right.

I'm guessing that Megyn found out that her Podcast Company is owned by an Islamist Shell Company and her family has been targeted. To keep her wealth, and safety, invitations to the in "cocktail parties" and not have her homes burnt to the ground, she plays ball.
But then again, she initially struck me as disingenuous and a tad narcissistic. In her Fox News days I was suspicious of her authenticity, when I learned that she wasn't really a 'Kelly'. This dissonance was not in keeping with the 'Independent Woman' lawyer persona. The fact that she took her ex-husband's last name was a tell. Then to find out that she kept the name, though married to another and having children with the second man, was very telling.
I often wonder about the decision making process. Is it that she doesn't like her Italian birth name? Is the issue that she only had success as a lawyer/broadcaster under the "Kelly" name? Or is it that, like the fake Blond hair, on a woman with dark eyes, and olive skin, the name 'Megyn Kelly', being of Celtic origins, tells us she has some self-loathing deep inside. She pretends to be something she is not, yet proudly spouts that she is Italian! I have never heard her say she is half Irish or Scottish, which would explain away any doubts about name appropriation, and attribute ancestry. I think she is a troubled person who goes along to get along, some bleach here, a little Botox there, sprinkle in some Islam here and antisemitism there. Just a damp sheet swaying in the political breeze.

I think Megyn kept Kelly as her name because it had become the name of her brand by the time of her first divorce. Her legal last name could be that of her present husband. I see this with a lot of high profile women. I do think Megyn is an inauthentic double minded person. Her devotion to Tucker no matter what he said was the first red flag I noticed. Then there was her support for a reporter who had a video released by someone showing him drugged up and being a fetishist. Next she said Candace Owens was only asking questions when she knew what was being insinuated. Her glee about clicks over truth unmasked her completely. She's a great disappointment.
