I agree Trump’s comment was inappropriate and unbecoming of the office. I also understand that because the progressives were ruining our country, we bought a junkyard dog for president in 2016 and 2024. He’s doing the best he can to save the country, but occasionally the tough pup is going to rip up the sofa cushions and pee in the living room. I don’t like it, but that’s what we bought.
Would you be able to stand up against the attacks of the Left against you, threatening your life and that of your family? How would you respond when a prominent member of that cabal was taken down? Just curious
Um , I think you forgot about the shooting of 4 democrartic MN lawmakers ( killing 2). The right likes to claim boelter was a leftist although he was appointed to a NON- PARTISAN committee by walz& was known to follow trump. He had "no kings " lit because he was planning on shooting them also.
"I think you forgot . . . " I think you need to go back to political violence over the last 60 years. Someone did and added it all up. OVERWHELMINGLY leftist violence. Conservatives have traditionally, typically, almost always been law-and-order motivated, eschewing violent responses. Don't pull the one rabbit out of your hat and claim equivalence.
There is NO proof that the scumbag that shot those MN legislators was a right wing guy. He was sketchy for sure, with peculiarities in his living arrangements (expensive house, but bunked with a friend in a seedy apartment). His claim to be a preacher was belied by what he said. A very weird dude again, but no evidence that he was of the right.
NNTX: You're correct. "No kings" is a left-wing mantra.
After George Floyd died, BLM and other left-wingers spent the entire summer of 2020 burning down businesses across the country. But after Charlie Kirk was assassinated, the right-wingers prayed and vowed to continue TALKING.
The anti-semitic violence comes from the left and is currently responsible for multiple killings (Bondi Beach in Australia is just the latest example) in addition to countless episodes of intimidation, physical violence on college campuses and the worst behavior on social media. Yet we are continually assaulted with speeches about anti-Muslim prejudice while cities like Melbourne in Australia are taken over every week by hordes of people chanting "death to Israel" parading through their streets.
It usually is helpful to speak non-partisan language about our differences as a way to find common ground and effective solutions to our shared problems.
But when the worst behavior and rhetoric consistently comes from the left, and when those whose hatred of a President who won both the electoral and the POPULAR vote is deliberately spewed from every left-wing media outlet for ten years, it is clear that the drive to find common ground and bipartisanship is a value only on the right.
And the Democrats blame the Republicans for being "an existential threat to our democracy"? The very name of their party is a tragic sham.
Well, I think investigations are carried out by questioning people who knew him, examining his computer, etc. I think it's pretty clear that someone who had a list of democrats to kill was on the right.
And too many public figures get assassinated or are targets, twice for Trump and once for Charlie Kirk. Death threats aren't something you wave your hand at like an annoying mosquito.
Of course not, but if you think only right wingers get death threats, you are dreaming. And you forgot the shootings of the the 4 democratic lawmakers killing 2 of them.
You missed my point. What I said did not in any way infer that I "think only right wingers get death threats". You made light of death threats and suddenly you're venting. You are missing the logic here.
Pointing out that both left & right wingers get death threats is not making light of them. And you only referred to assassination attempts on trump and kirk.
Absolutely. Listening to Obama is painful. He takes a long time to say not much.
And lies, btw, about his extremist views. For ex., he campaigned as against gay marriage but “conveniently” changed his mind once in office. Oh, and how about the Lie of the Year, if you like your dr you can keep your dr?
Now we have to fix the crumbling remnants of a poorly designed and broken Obamacare which never addressed root causes. We could have passed legislation to address the preexisting condition issue. Incremental adjustments are ALWAYS better. Less gov’t means fewer $$ to steal (as per the massive MN fraud, for ex.)
Remember Trump’s use of Hitler rhetoric from a Veteran’s Day speech, 2023 saying, “We pledge to you that we will root out the communists, Marxists, fascists, and the radical left thugs that live like VERMIN within the confines of our country.” He's always calling them "radical leftwing lunatics", "sick", "deranged" , the "enemy within", etc. His Madson Square Gardens event was full of crude and racist comments.
‘Hitler rhetoric’.. ? Here we go with the unhelpful Hitler hyperbole again. This does nothing to promote rational discourse.
In his Veteran’s Day speech, Trump was condemning radical behavior of all stripes. And yes he was highlighting radical leftists because far and away.. and there is no contest here.. the radical left ( and their historic and legendary alliance with Islamism ) has caused most of the political violence in the world. If the guy in Minnesota is the best you can do as far as providing an example of clear right wing violence, then it’s not an effective one because the indeterminate nature of the evidence in that case still leaves us with real questions about his motives and political alignment. But let’s say it was crystal clear that he was a radical right winger and/or a Trump supporter, he would still be in a small minority of those causing political violence in the country and the world. You seem to have been triggered by the word vermin, probably because of its clear dehumanizing implications. But do you have a better descriptor for the Turtle Island anti capitalist, pro Palestine radicals, whose recently uncovered and foiled plot to cause New Year’s Eve murder and mayhem in multiple locations would have LITERALLY de-humanized innocents ?
The "radical left" in the US (which trump uses to refer to anyone who opposes him) does not have an alliance with Islamism. It's true that there is antisemitism in the US which revealed itself after the atrocities on Oct 7. Israel has a history of bulldozing of Palestinian homes, olive groves, and other acts of oppression for years which are bound to have built up anger and created terrorists among the Palestinian people. It has also led to people in the US to sympathize with Palestinians and movements to avoid investing in Israel. However, leftists in the US don't have any interest in fundamentalist Islam, sharia law, and they certainly don't support attacks by Islamists on people in Europe or the US.
Although I hate what they allegedly planned, I don't think the Turtle Island group deserves to be condemned until they have "due process."
If Trump had a little more self-control, he would be far more effective. It would also deprive his opponents of their most powerful weapon: his own behavior, which they then spin / twist / manipulate for their own ends.
If he had more self control, the despots of the world would not fear him. His unpredictability is his greatest weapon against the bad guys. He speaks the language the bad guys understand.
Please provide evidence that Putin is Trump's "idol". Trump knows that Putin is a power-hungry psychopath who cannot be trusted but who cannot be induced to agree to any sort of peace deal if Trump calls him names and treats him like a tin-pot enemy.
Putin has nukes and an ego and ambition as big as Trump's, and Trump is the only world leader who can use both diplomacy and threats to keep the balance between our two countries. When people like you misinterpret the most courageous and delicate foreign policy that keeps a monster from starting WW III, and describe it as hero-worship, you only show the smallness of your intellect. Prove me wrong.
Trump believed that Putin respected and was as eager to please Trump as Trump was Putin. It was not until he could not get Putin to agree to anything after the 2024 election that he got some inkling that Putin does what he wants and thinks Trump is a fool.
You are confusing lack of self-control with lack of decisiveness and action. He lashes out in situations like this one when it would actually be in his best interests to do nothing.
That would be your opinion. What I have seen is, he always knows what he is saying for am specific reaction. One, man's chaos is another's calculated action to provoke a response. You are confusing how life use to be pre Trump. This isn't the milquetoast that lead to wars, death and destruction that the pre Trump world was famous for. Anything you try to compare or judge today by pre Trump standards will be a worthless comparison. He's no politician. And that is a very good thing.
And your belief that Trump "always knows what he is saying for am [sic] specific reaction" is your opinion. What benefit did he gain by going on a rant about someone who had just been murdered? Are you seriously saying he was better off with that post vs. saying nothing at all?
I would love to continue this conversation with you, but you don';t have a world view that allows you to understand. I'm not here to convince but to show that your view of the world was rejected on Nov 2024. And that is what matters. At the same time, you and your world view became irrelevant. That would include morals, perception of right or wrong or even civility. So the answer is, I knew who I was voting for because I paid attention. And although not in way I always expected, he is fulfilling his promises. Nothing from your old worldview applies to today and, your morals etc are applicable only to you. So we can say good bye and you can go wherever you need to to try and accomplish what it is you want to accomplish with your posts. Because frankly, I don't have the foggiest idea what your points are or you goals for posting. As I said, they apply only to you. Certainy not to the majority of voters from last Nov.
His opponents would still twist everything he says and does. We’ve seen it happen with every Republican candidate since I was little. It started long before any of us here were born.
What is so tragically ironic is that this disturbed young man might actually have been helped had we had an administration that cared about our growing drug problem. Research the Opium Wars. The man in office was actually trying to prevent exactly what befell the Reiner family.
Nick R. had state of art treatment since he was a teen. You do know that Reagan was the one who whipped up hysteria about drugs, used "coded language like "welfare queens" and "criminal predators" which everyone knew referred to blacks, then started the "war on drugs" which led to mass incarceration of blacks. People with any amount of drugs could be imprisoned for years and no, he did not make drug treatment available. The police targeted inner cities while ignoring college campuses & white suburbs where drugs were also being used.
You misunderstand him. His opponents BELIEVE it’s a weapon but it’s not. If you can clearly see the Left’s hypocrisy about all things Trump, you don’t believe anything they say. I stopped 10 years ago minimum. Just watch NWCitizen & her responses here. She has been saying almost exactly the same thing for years on Sasha’s comment section. Not here to learn, to see & finally understand—-nope, she’s here to spew her lefty rhetoric thinking like a soul cares. Trump under control is trade deals, tariff negotiations, world peace, ending wars, building new bridges and working around old ones that aren’t helpful anymore, exposing rampant DC corruption, cleaning up violent cities, going after terrorists foreign and domestic, etc. Trump is more under control than any I’ve seen since Reagan. The brash NYC developer mouth is of no concern to me, that’s just him. They’re endlessly enraged that he doesn’t care what they think and that’s he’s toppling their grifter power structures. If you can watch the Obama administration and his totally corrupt intelligence agencies go after a duly elected president and betray every norm of this country, and use the FBI and courts and judges to bring him down, and then 2 assassination attempts, along with dirty elections, and you’re worried about what Trump says about Rob Reiner, a great director but a consummate sufferer of TDS, then you’ve got some studying to do.
You misunderstand my comment. Trump should have more self-control, precisely because his opponents are always seeking to distort anything he says against him. I am under no illusion about the hypocrisy of his opponents. So why make their jobs easier by making ill-timed and inappropriate comments on someone that's just been murdered? It's far easier to spin a caricature of a person when they provide you with plenty of material. This is the definition of an own goal.
But no one believes the spin unless they’re already in that camp to begin with. Theres not a Dem left in this country except Fetterman whose opinion I give a damn about—-they’ve shown their hand & they’re all on board with woke insanity whether they believe it or not. Every MSM outlet mocks him & spins shit all day everyday, they’re all liars. Why on earth would Trump supporters give a tinker’s damn what they say or think?
He is playing them. He sends a tweet out and everybody talks about that for 48 hours. He doesn’t care. They then ignore what is actually doing, which is important.
He is a man of great strengths and great weaknesses. His mouthiness, though, is both. When the population as a whole has been shushed, scolded, corrected, silenced and discarded, Trump's raw expressions of real pain and anger can be very empowering.
Trump dearly loves US, and especially, his family. Gave up his luxury life to return freedom & liberty to US workers. Imagine the devastation felt by his loved ones, extended family, friends, and all the life, liberty & freedom loving patriots who voted for him, having to endure listening daily to the lying leftist theatrical production of their degenerate movie, 'Russia prostitutes urinate on Trump! ' in their hateful attempt to arrest him, remove him from office, imprison even execute him, smear US all as racists, & other hateful projections, leading to suffering & deaths of many, as lies of communists always do.
Pretty good,,,some of my best dogs I had in my life were bring home stray mutts. Trump should have been dead twice,,I can only imagine what he thinks everyday,,seeing these people murder him with death wishes and horrible words all day everyday and yet,,there it is in NJ Gasoline under three dollars,,my town 2.64,,,thats awsome,,same as in 2019 and 2020,,,of course the Psychopaths come out and say that presidents have no power to effect oil prices.....Wow!
Yes, the Left needs Trump. When he leaves the political
Power their vacuousness will be become even more apparent. And yes I completely agree the Left’s responses are almost always worse than Trump. As a former TDS sufferer, it took me a while to finally see this, but I clearly do now.
I am always interested to hear why someone in adulthood and of sound mind has changed one's mind about politics. (Mostly I have heard about lefties turning to the right, very few turning the other way.) If you would, please tell us what changed you. Thanks.
I think when someone has an “eye opening” experience it’s usually seeing reality or the truth. Honestly, the left are so deluded by their hatred and abhorrent behavior and so self unaware it’s easy to see why you have so few converts the other direction.
The left does NOT need trump. The left got along fine before he appeared on the scene. The left doesn't want to see democracy destroyed in the US by him.
It's common on the Left to hear claims that Trump is "an existential threat to democracy", yet without any explanation.
1)The Democrats tried every tactic to remove Trump from the ballot so as to prevent the Democrat candidate from having to face him in the election.
2) The indictments of Trump from left-leaning prosecutors and judges were designed to bankrupt or jail him to keep him from running in 2024.
3) The Democrats never held a primary or a convention or allowed the voters to show which candidate they wanted to run for President in 2024, they just unilaterally selected Kamala Harris.
All those actions were anti-democratic and have NEVER been done before in US politics.
So please explain why you claim it is Trump, not the Democrat party, that poses the greatest threat to democracy in America today.
Almost every day this administration via Tulsi Gabbard or FBI, DOj uncovers more evidence of the Biden DOJ / CIA weaponization against President Trump & the American people.
I agree,,,and so funny,,,we live in a representative Republic,,,the Founding Fathers made sure,,,NO Democracy,,,YES Electoral College.
I had a conversation with a lady who possessed a graduate degree and when I asked her to explain the Electoral College, her head exploded, yup she is from a Blue state. She finished by saying the Electoral College is stupid...Wow,,,what Brilliance,,,NOT
A few examples of things Trump is doing to undermine democracy:
Corruption - From May 13-16, 2025, Trump, took his first major international trip of his second term, visiting Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates. Right before his trip, President Trump’s two older sons pursued a multitude of family moneymaking ventures capitalizing on their father’s name and power.
A luxury hotel in Dubai. A second high-end residential tower in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Two cryptocurrency ventures based in the United States. A new golf course and villa complex in Qatar. In many cases these new deals will personally benefit not only Eric and Don,Jr., but also Trump himself. Wonder what Trump promised in return?
Hegseth reveals new restrictions on Pentagon press access, prohibiting journalists from reporting any information that is not authorized for release, including unclassified info.
East Wing is destroyed to make room for a ballroom. The $300M ballroom is being funded by donations from corps and wealthy individuals, only some of whom have become public, and many have pending business before the administration, including billions in federal contracts.
Weaponization of the Department of Justice and U.S. military: Trump wants to use American cities as "training grounds" for the military and has sent troops to Chicago, DC, LA, Memphis, N Orleans, etc. Trump said, “I think the bigger problem is the enemy from within. We have some very bad people. We have some sick people, radical left lunatics. And I think they’re the big — and it should be very easily handled by, if necessary, by National Guard, or if really necessary, by the military, because they can’t let that happen.” In its effort to round up immigrants, Ice agents used a Blackhawk helicopter to rappel onto a Chicago building and explosives to open doors, terrifying everyone including children, in a raid that critics called excessive and inhumane.
Trump called for six Democratic lawmakers to be arrested and put on trial, seemingly for sedition, after they made a video encouraging U.S service members to not follow unlawful orders. On November 24, the DOD announced that it was investigating one of those lawmakers, Sen. Mark Kelly, for so-called misconduct under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UMCJ). The directive for soldiers to refuse to obey illegal orders is IN the UCMJ!
Regulatory Retaliation: Trump has carried out the indiscriminate firing of independent agency heads. He used the IRS’s top attorney to revoke Harvard’s tax-exempt status & freezing over $2.2 billion in funding to Harvard for refusing to comply with demands to end DEI programs and modify admissions and hiring practices. The DOE sent letters to 9 universities asking them to agree to a series of demands giving the Trump administration more control over higher education in exchange for preferential access to federal funding.
Paramount, which needed the FCC’s approval to merge with Skydance, agrees to pay Trump $16M to settle a lawsuit against 60 Minutes. A few weeks later, July 17, Paramount cancels Stephen Colbert’s show, a consistent and major critic of Trump. A week later, July 24, the FCC approves the merger.
In Sept, FCC Chair Brendan Carr suspended Jimmy Kimmel’s show claiming Kimmel “mislead” people on Charlie Kirk’s death. After intense public backlash, Kimmel’s show was reinstated.
Hiding or Distorting Legally Required Information:
Trump fires Bureau of Labor Statistics Commissioner Erika McEntarfe following the release of weak jobs numbers. On August 11, Trump nominates a new commissioner, E.J. Antoni, who was photographed in the Jan. 6th capitol insurrection crowd and suspended monthly job reports.
Legally mandated national climate assessment reports are removed from various websites. According to experts, the Trump admin. has scrubbed climate related information from more than 8,000 government web pages and purged 3,000 datasets.
Trump administration has reportedly been working with Palantir to consolidate personal data of American citizens from various federal agencies & govt databases, including bank details, student debt, medical claims, and disability status. Democratic lawmakers fear that such data could be exploited for political purposes, such as policing immigrants and targeting critics.
20 years ago I divorced a monster that spun every decision I made to convince everyone who knew us, including our children, that it was the wrong decision. This was my first experience with propaganda and the damage it can cause. It prepared me well for what is happening today and the evil intent behind corruption and lies. Trump is a straight shooter and expresses the truth as he sees it. It wouldn’t matter if he was sobbing at the death of Rob and his wife. The spin is always in play. That is their only strategy, say anything, do anything that paints Trump in the worst possible light they can think of, whether it’s ridiculous or confusing, rarely making a good point. Their intent is to destroy our Country in every way they possibly can and like children they throw a tantrum when they don’t get their way. They can celebrate an assassination, they can go dark regarding news that doesn’t fit their narrative and they can look as dumb as a box of rocks. Doesn’t matter. They feed their idiots, they provide shelter for their armies and they steal what they can from American taxpayers to gain influence and power. Their alliance with Islamists, with criminals, with illegals, with the cartel, with Big Pharma, our food, our atmosphere, pandemics and with their own deranged fans while killing off Americans one by one, turning into hundreds and thousands, horrifically, tragically and determinedly. This is a revolution creating a warlike atmosphere in our country. Many are aware of this, most are bewildered and a few truly sick human beings are deranged enough to carry out the slaughter, led by Dems, Media and now it seems Universities.
Did you watch how Reiner ran over his son during the interview 10 years ago and paid him little respect? Do you think that might have accumulated intense resentment over a lifetime? Reiner even said during the interview that the father character in "Charlie" was loosely based on himself. He also said "I sure hope I am not as big an asshole as that character". Meathead was always an asshole and he played himself on AITF. He seemed to compensate for that by making compassionate films, the compassion he himself could not feel. Freudian
Jjule is saying her perspective based on her personal experience. Not psychoanalysis. Though I believe by the way you wrote “ psycho analyst” you meant it as a slight.
War is imminent and then its kill or be killed,,if you hesitate you get blown up, we lost most of our soldiers in WWII at the Battle of the Bulge,,but kept moving forward and Won,,,we never hesitated,,,War is over when side sas "Stop" "I give up"
Definitely vote. And pray our Justice Department starts indicting the criminals. If we don’t and it continues to worsen, more and more good people will take things in their own hands and that will not bode well.
In short the left is evil & intent on our country’s destruction. They’re very clear that once they gain power again maga supporters will be put down. We’re lower than animals to them. Trump speaks truth & it sometimes creates controversy but we know where he stands. I agree he probably didn’t know the son was responsible for his parents murders & may have softened his words had he known.
Trump is getting things done to help this country, its citizens, those who have been suffering under political tyranny for years.
So, he said something crass. Not the best response imo, but he's human, flawed. Those screaming about his Rob Reiner message are probably the same who applauded fake rape charges, assassination attempts, bloody heads.
Trump's not my Saviour, Jesus Christ is.
Trump's just a wrecking ball demolishing the corrupt political institutions. Attaboy!
Trump is not the first President who says things he shouldn't say, What matters to me is what he has done. He is kicking butt and , most importantly, he is actively and quickly fulfilling the promises he made that got him elected. THAT makes him one of the best Presidents we have ever had.
Ranting about snakes yesterday? Saying thousands have died when it is 10. Ranting about fentanyl when Venezuela is known to produce cocaine & freeing the violent former Honduran president serving 45 years for drug trafficking & weapons charges while blowing up drug boats carrying impoverished fisherman? Fentanyl comes overland from MX & blowing up boats doesn't touch the drug king pins & producers
Fishing boats carrying impoverished fisherman? Your desperate delusion and toddler logic never fail to amaze me. You're a true Stepford Housewife for the Democrat Party.
"Most of the nine men were crewing such craft for the first or second time, making at least $500 per trip, residents and relatives said. The four dead men included a fisherman, a down-on-his-luck bus driver, a former military cadet and a local crime boss. Others included laborers and a motorcycle driver."
We were originally told that the boats were fishing boats despite the boats not being actual fishing boats and having no fishing equipment. Yes, I read that AP story, which unwittingly or wittingly, undermines the original story in its confirmation that these boats are in fact drug running boats. Was the AP attempting to elicit some sort of empathy for the men who, by choice, were being paid to run illegal drugs to foriegn countries? I guess the Chavez/Maduro socialist experiment isn't working out so well for some Venezuelans...maybe most.
Sasha, FYSA… Jenna McCarthy made a nice mention of you and this article, “On Substack, writer Sasha Stone (who often characterizes herself as a former member of the “Democratic doomsday cult”) pointed out a sentiment echoed frequently on X: This is not a Charlie Kirk situation. Despite Reiner’s vocal disdain for all things MAGA, the vast majority of the right isn’t openly reveling in the loss of a human life…
A great many crowds in public cheered and rejoiced in Kirk's death, there were people on Halloween who wore costumes that celebrated his death, and many many left-leaning public figures make benign noises about it but then just have to jump in and call him names, yet never actually provide evidence for why they feel that way.
So often, Charlie Kirk's words have been mis-stated , taken out of context, or twisted to turn him into something he's not. Just like they do to Trump. The left wing media has lost all credibility for that reason alone.
WE need more real media,,and more people screaming HEY thats a lie,,,shouldn't there be laws about lying in public, take their broadcast license and fine them huge!!!
Kirk was not a major figure to half the country as the right seems to think. I knew he was a right wing guy who went around trying to influence college students and produced nutty statements every now and then. I have listed some of his statements a few times before:
Joy Reid, Ketanji Brown Jackson, Shiela Jackson Lee, and Michelle Obama used affirmative action because they “do not have the brain processing power to otherwise be taken really seriously” so they had to “steal a white person’s slot.”
If I’m dealing with somebody in customer service who’s a moronic Black woman, I wonder is she there because of her excellence, or is she there because of affirmative action?
“I have a very, very radical view on this, but I can defend it, and I’ve thought about it,” Kirk said at America Fest. “We made a huge mistake when we passed the Civil Rights Act in the 1960s.”
Death penalties should be public, should be quick, it should be televised. I think at a certain age, it’s an initiation...What age should you start to see public executions?" Kirk asked on a podcast.
In 2022 a deranged man attacked Paul Pelosi, husband of then-Speaker Nancy Pelosi, with a hammer which fractured his skull. After the man was arrested, Kirk called for an “amazing patriot” to “go and bail this guy out.
It's tragic that he was taken from his young family but he was no hero of mine. His assassin, Tyler Robinson, is NOT a hero of the left. No one is applauding him as the right did KYLE RITTENHOUSE.
Kyle Rittenhouse didn’t assassinate anyone. He was clearly defending himself. You’ve made a very clumsy conflation with Kirk’s alleged assassin Tyler Robinson.
Whether those on the left consider Robinson a hero may be debatable, but it’s beyond question that multitudes of lefties on Instagram, Tik Tok and X cheered Kirk’s death and heaped mountains of praise on his killer.
Well, RIttenhouse openly carried guns in a protest where he had no business being, the police ignored him then he used them to shoot people. Stone claims the right is celebrating Kirk's assassin which is not true, but the right was definitely celebrating the "heroic" RIttenhouse.
Rubbish. The city of Kenosha was being burned down by rioters every night at that time. Rittenhouse was helping a friend to defend his car lot and he carried a rifle (not "guns") to warn away possible looters. When a bully came up, picked a fight and went after Rittenhouse, he ran away rather than shoot. As he was running, several other people assumed he was an active shooter and ran at him - with weapons-, and he shot in self-defense. That is why he was acquitted. He wasn't a "hero", he was a scared 17 year old trying to help a friend, and a belligerent bystander deliberately escalated a chaotic scene.
The left wing media perpetrated huge lies about the entire affair. They claimed that Rittenhouse "carried a gun across state lines" to shoot people in Kenosha. That was also a lie that the irresponsible media failed to investigate.
Kyle lived in a sister-town that was right next to Kenosha but was across a state line in the state of Illinois. But he kept his gun at the home of a friend IN KENOSHA who had a safe. Kyle and his friend got permission from his friend's father to take the rifle into downtown to serve as a deterrent while they stood in front of a friend's car lot to protect it from being vandalized during the rioting.
The media tried to turn Kyle into a dumb irresponsible killer, but they never bothered to actually discover the truth.
A couple years ago my friend (from work, but we are very close and friends outside work)loaned a coworker a fair amount of money in a few loans over a few months. This girl is always broke despite our excellent pay, she constantly takes time off, she screws things up a lot and leaves it for the rest of us to fix.
So my friend was growing frustrated that the young lady wasn’t paying her back (still hasn’t) and finally vented to me.
During this venting she said, “She’s a good person, I don’t understand.”
I replied, “No, she’s not. Good and nice are not the same thing. Am I nice?”
She laughed, and said no.
“Am I a good person?”
Laughed again, and said, “You’re like a tv dad.”
Trump isn’t nice. Adults don’t need nice. But point to a policy that (either term) wasn’t genuinely aimed at making life better for the bulk of the American people.
It’s not what you say, it’s what you do. In 2019 the middle class got its first real (real means adjusted for inflation) raise since the late 1970s. That was no accident.
We just had two quarters of real blue collar wage growth. We haven’t seen that in decades.
We had nice people doing bad things to the bulk of the population for at least forty years for the benefit of the UMC and the rich, and talking down to and then demonizing the people they were doing it to.
Sasha, you saw it yourself when you decided to go to a Trump rally years ago.
I don’t care if Trump is mean or vulgar. I’d prefer he wasn’t, but I’ll take what I can get. I don’t care if the some rich guy gets richer more slowly. I don’t care if Europeans who hate us hate us more. I don’t care if it complicates corporate growth projections. I don’t care if Mexico, China, and Honduras have to reform.
I care about the people who’ve gotten the shaft at least as far back as my teen years in the eighties, and Trump seems to, too.
Gold Standard and make America so there are millions of small businesses, lets break up the Monopolies like Reagan did with NY Telephone, Free enterprise requires lots of freedom, not Dinosaurs roaming the planet, separate insurance from corporate america, let citizens shop for their own insurance for everything including health, make all handouts connected to work of any kind and learn a provable, marketable skill, don't let youngsters graduate High School illiterate and ignorant of real history, so much more...........
Couldn’t agree more. I like the deregulation going on, but it needs to happen at state and local levels, too. Where I live and where I grew up there were little machine shops on every corner that supported the corporate manufacturers. They provided more jobs than the big factories and were run efficiently because the middle class owner was there every day and overhead was low. There was no one worried about what kind of stock price they had.
Even if we get the big manufacturers back, I just don’t see how those little places come back. The entire economy is so corporate now. We really need some smart people to figure out how to make this happen, because if we don’t, we will be right back in the same place in no time.
Around here the same thing happened with builders. A few guys would start building houses on demand and get a middle class split of the profit out of it. Now it’s all big builders who only build expensive houses with crews that look strangely non-American.
It’s a mess. The organic economy that grew up for 200 years has been crushed out of existence by the corporate economy.
remove the special deals big companies have to offer health insuranceand give it to the workers plus higher wages and tax breaks for the employee to buy their own, then force the government to release all the regulations for the citizens to see, insurance and food are the slimmest profit industries because of regulations.
people know what they need always,,,not always what they want.
Food and Health are needs. This should be a campaign issue.
Why is it that we're supposed to show some kind of restraint when we comment on the dead? I don't remember anyone being kind or respectful when discussing Hitler. No, Rob Reiner was not Hitler, however he was an adamant critic of everything Trump did, and never hesitated to comment on Trump. Trump has no filter, okay, but that's how he feels about Reiner, and dead or alive doesn't seem to make a difference to the Left, why should it to us? I'd rather know what my leader really thinks. Platitudes be damned.
Why? Because the dude was brutally murdered and Trump is the POTUS. Like it or not, our expectation is for a certain bare minimum of humanity to be expressed from our elected national leader, in the immediate aftermath of a tragedy. It sets the tone. Trump made an own goal here. I guess because he’s been wronged by so many for so long, that his empathy trigger has been overpowered by his deep contempt for those that oppose him.
Hitler was brutally murdered. Trump brutally murdered Soleimani. Trump supports and celebrates Israel's killing of Hamas and Hezbollah leaders. No one in America, except the antisemites, cried. Yes, as a function of intensity the death of Rob Reiner is much less. And because he did some good things for society to go with his mean spiritedness he can be forgiven by most of us. But very few of us have a heart like Erika Kirk and can forgive our enemies right after they hurt or kill a loved one. Trump's animosity is appropriate. He even said he could never do what Erika did and so he is true to himself. This has nothing to do with being President. Trump was attacked personally for 10 years with every manner and means from public insults, to debilitating legal actions, to impeachments, to assassination attempts. I excuse Trump for his human weakness in kicking back against his tormenters just as Nick Reiner apparently kicked back against his parents
You seem to miss the point of my comment, so I'll say it again. Why does a person's status (dead or alive) have any bearing on whether they were an asshole or not? Reiner and Trump were enemies, publicly and vocally. Reiner's remembered opinion of Trump doesn't change because he's dead, why should Trump's opinion of Reiner change? As to expecting more of POTUS, I'm sure you were disgusted when Clinton had bimbo eruptions in the oval office, and when Obama militarized the government against Trump, and when all the lawfare charges were leveled against Trump. Sauce for the goose, my friend.
As to expecting a "certain bare minimum" from our elected national leader, where were you when Biden gave the country away and never even had a press conference. Selective moral outrage is just that, sir. Selective, and not very convincing.
Trump is a man, has feelings, and unlike many others in politics, airs them for all to see. Like it or not, you know where he stands.
I call a spade a spade. I’m also a 3x Trump voter so yeah, I know where Trump stands. Biden also had his grave faults and I was vocal about those.
When someone dies, just don’t dance on their grave. My parents taught me that, and they from their elders. It was also part of my Christian doctrine that I try live out.
Of course one can continue to have same opinion of a person whether dead or alive. The point is whether or not you express that negative opinion publicly in a Truth Social post, as leader of the Free World, before the guy is even in the ground.
That is a polarizing act to do.
I very much doubt other GOP leaders like JD Vance, Marco Rubio or Ron DeSantis would go there.
PDJT’s post wasn’t bad. Why are so many acting like he cursed Reiner or celebrated his death. He made public post in his reaction to Reiner’s death. He called it sad. He ended it with hoping for peace.
Agree. At worst, it was sadly legit criticism (Reiner did spend the last ten years obsessing madly over Trump when he could have done many more enjoyable things than tending a festering hate wart in his brain, which is sad) delivered in an undiplomatic manner and at a bad time. The only issue is tone and timing, but tbh i didn't vote for Trump for his etiquette skills.
Call me when he throws a "Good Riddance Reiner" party and/or records a video grinning evilly and singing "He Had It Coming". Or declares that he and his voters are morally superior so it's okay to be hateful and do a happy cha cha over Reiners death. Or dresses up like a stabbed Reiner for Halloween.
Part of me thinks Trump chimed in so soon was to get his note heard,,,you know before the tidal wave comes,,,could be wrong,,,he must be seething mad 24/7,,,people like Reiner are the reason that guy shot Kirk and the other guy shot Trump and we know this is far from over.
the left are phoney babies,,,,they don't care about Rob Reiner or anyone,,,they have no God.
I heard a movie star on an interview once and she said it,,,"there is no God,, Only, L.A." and she was dead serious,,,so matter of fact, the interviewer just dropped the conversation and went on to a whole nuther question.
Communism Allows no God only the Party...This is no joke people
Way to grab the truck of the tree, Kevin. Most all murders are brutal. When a person suffers over period of time before expiring at hand of another, we sometimes use descriptive words.
There was also a very popular term that started in the 1930's that referred to their ideology as Brown Bolshevism in comparison to the Red Bolshevism or Red Fascism of the Soviet Union – since they both were very similar.
HITLER SPEEDS UP THE NAZI REVOLUTION; Brown Bolshevism; Emphasized The Socialist Part Of The Nazi Program, With State Control Or Ownership Of Industry, NYT Jan. 22, 1939
Agreed. For what Trump has been through since 2015, he deserves to reply in kind. Those who cannot see that have, apparently, not been paying attention. A lesson, which I wish Stone would mention from time to time, is that the Left does not see magnanimity as something to be reciprocated. They view it as a weakness to be exploited.
Remember what Trump said at the Kirk Memorial after Erika had forgiven the assassin. He preemptively apologized to her and went on to say he does hate his enemies. So saying something nice would have been hypocritical. He could have just stayed silent though.
Yes, indeed. A lot of neo-Confederacy-like action going on in the various and sundry Blue states, and assorted [U.S.] district courts throughout the land, no? Like 1861, the Left (again) will not go down without a fight.
Correct. The proper response is to "ratio" them in real life. They get one of ours we get ten of theirs.
There is no moral high ground on a battlefield. You fight to win with whatever weapons come to hand. No rules.
It doesn't necessarily mean an African tribe style body for body. There are things worse than death you can do to these freaks. I think a lot of the things the administration is doing is in that vein.
The drug boat bombing fits here. High sounding though it is to interdict trafficking, this has hidden value that is much greater. The CIA has been profiting from drug running at least since the Clinton administration and maybe Reagan. Get the drugs you get their money. Get the drugs (and other actions) you get Maduro and Smartmatic. Get Smartmatic you hamstring election cheaters and maybe you get some of their people in the know. Get them you can crack them and prove fraud. Prove fraud and the fraudsters will beg
for death because what they get is worse.
Think about it that way and it makes more sense. The objective is destroying the left. Murdering them is nice but bankrupting them is nicer sometimes and you may get to hang some of the cocksuckers which will terrify their buttbuddies.
Now I am going to step out on a limb here... The other side can do that too. The official narrative on Kirk... I won't buy it until I see ballistics reports I can trust. You can't cheat physics and the rifle story is trying to do just that. Even if Mr furry queer thinks he did it, it still doesn't add up.
If he did it he used a very special, very uncommon round that suggests way too much sophistication for one deranged kid. You cannot do that with a 30.06 and a deer hunting bullet. The other displayed rounds we were shown were quite ordinary. Not sabot rounds that might have accounted for the anomaly.
Furry boy may have cover for someone close in with way more skill and sophistication and a different weapon.
Ballistics please Mr prosecutor? Riflings match?
This stinks of CIA. Why would they do that? To start a fight among Kirk's supporters.
Imo, Kirk seemed to have the ability to promote civil conversation and draw attention to all our similarities rather than obsess over differences. The powers that be need us to be unable to do that, they need us broken into manageable tribes that hate and dehumanize each other and refuse to listen or discuss and who see disagreement as violence. So kill the bridge and smear him as a hatemonger and get the desireable hatred riled back up, first among the Dem types using deliberately edited misrepresentations and justifications from such Dem leaders as Obama, and then from the Repub side listening to the lies and delusions and getting equally (but more justifiably) passed, prevent anyone from talking with each other, only screaming at each other.
Yes. Now ask who benefits. The establishment. It is often observed the worse nightmare for the ruling powers is the possibility of the disaffected left and right getting together. That's on the high side of 70% of everybody.
Now if you think that is hyperbole look at the stats on right direction / wrong direction. It briefly went barely positive in January and that was a first for a long time. Now it's underwater again. For a long time it has been 30/70 or so. Which side is 30 and which side is 70 varies according to who is in power. But it is always right direction underwater.
The only thing left and right agree on is things are fucked up. "They" are terrified that the sides will agree on why...
Your point on being a bridge builder is apropos. That terrifies them.
FWIW I think we have three political parties today. The commies, MAGA, and the uniparty. Consider that.
I get the impression watching "furry boy" that he, at least, is pretty sure that he's gonna walk one way or the other. Their gonna use the bogus ballistics, etc. to 'prove' he didn't do it, and he already knows this.
There are two possibilities, ruling out the hand of Satan :-)
First, something impossible...
Among hunters - personal experience - really good shots go for neck shots. You can cut a deer's throat clean. It is a mark of prowess and it avoids any damage to trophy heads, bodies, or meat. It is just like a high speed knife.
But the bullet does not stop. It would have hit (and probably killed) someone else.
Also, there is a question of possibly disassembling the rifle to carry. I don't buy that. Disassemble, carry, reassemble, shoot, disassemble, carry? And then reassemble it to leave it in the woods? I may be wrong but I am almost certain that rifle has a sweat fit barrel. You can't remove it without gunsmith's tools. And the accuracy would be compromised. NO.
The two possibles:
This furry degenerate found some old sabot rounds or someone gave hm some. He could have handloaded, but show me the tools...
A sabot round has a plastic sheath with a slug in the center. The slug is very small. About like loading a 5.56 slug into a 30.06. It achieves crazy fast velocity. Generally they explode on impact. I am not just talking. I have used these. They were originally made for hardball slugs and were for piercing vests. They got labeled cop killers and were pulled. A softer slug just blows up from the impact. There is no bullet too find.
Make sure you get this. The riflings are on the sabot. it disintegrates after leaving the barrel. Peels like a banana. Again, nothing to recover.
But the other rounds we were shown were conventional.
He went up there with one fancy round and made the shot? Possible. You tell me how likely.
Or... He just shot. Maybe he knew he was just making noise. He shot in the air or whatever. Someone close used a subsonic .300 blackout on an AR frame. Very small. Very quiet. The data on impact etc matches this. Shoot when you hear the shot. The bullet would stop or maybe deflect into the chest. It would be recovered.
Possibility #1: No riflings. Possibility #2: The wrong riflings. At most furry boy gets an accessory rap. Or maybe he wiggles out.
I may be completely wrong here. I will believe that when I see sworn testimony with visuals that the slug (if recovered) matches the long rifle.
Sworn testimony from someone I trust. Not FBI.
But we don't even know if the slug was recovered. But if a big rifle hit that man's neck and hit bone it'd have blown his head clean off. That's physics. If it was a neck shot as a descending angle where did it go? No other casualties.
Damn peculiar. Two shootists. Kennedyesque... And no, Oswald didn't kill Kennedy. The original ER records prove it. It was a scam.
Two shootists.
This has CIA all over it.
Also, out n a limb here: I am convinced The FBI/CIA has figured out how to literally brainwash people. They have been working on it since '60s. If so it would work very well on young men.
I am honestly disgusted about the double standard that is exhibited by many , i agree that trumps comments were somewhat tasteless and inappropriate but i also want to remind people that reiner had very little sympathy when charly kirk got murdered and said a lot of bad things about trump supporters
Yes,so sick of the demand, expectation really, from both sides that the Right must grovel and genuflect to the Left at all times, while the Left is free to trash us to hell at every given opportunity. Done kissing their asses.
Reiner didn't attack the office of the President. He attacked the person of Donald Trump and made it very personal. You would have done and said the same if you and your family were under literal attack for 10 years
The attacks against Trump go back much longer than 10 years, but I get your point. Trump learned at the foot of Roy Cohn to never give an inch. The timing in this case w/ Reiner was just very off for most normies.
I love the stories of George Patton. That is what good Americans do and how clear are their principles. Trump reminds us of Patton for better and for worse
There is an old saying that works very nicely nearly all of the time, especially after someone's death. It goes like this: "If you can't say anything good about the deceased (using a specific name), then do not say anything at all." Trump would have done well to follow that advice. He had every right to dislike Rob Reiner, and everyone knew that Trump had every right, which is exactly why he did not need to address it.
I’m a Trump supporter. That being said, his comment was crass and unacceptable as well as embarrassing. He should have just kept his mouth shut on this.
To each his own. I refuse to live with the same kind of anger and vitriol that the folks who cheered Charlie Kirk’s death did, but you do you. I’m sure the equal hate will make it a better world.
While agreeing with most takes about a "fake" response by Trump, I long ago learned to ignore much of the nonsense that emanates from what I call the "school yard" crowd who believe that you must always be nice and sing "kumbaya" incessantly. The old two-party system led us into many military misadventures beginning with Vietnam and often on a false premise, i.e., the Gulf of Tonkin incident that never was.
Instead, I try to focus on on campaign promises made and kept. DJT promised to remove undocumented migrants and he's doing that over the objections of the elite establishment. Doing some research on AI, I asked how many undocumented migrants had been deported during the Bush, Obama and Biden administrations. It was 11 million and using the same methods ICE is using today. Further, I do not remember any lower court judges issuing injunctions or any mass protests. Hmm, sounds odd to me.
Finally, DJT was willing to with Israel launch bombing attacks against Iran and its nuclear facilities. No other president would have the guts to do so. DJT's team were successful in obtaining the release of the hostages taken by HAMAS in October 2022 and has developed a plan for the future of Gaza. And he's working on ending the war in Ukraine, though it is tough going. DJT is constantly criticized by The Times and many of its readers. When I comment, I remind them that little of value was done by the Obama administration made its move on the Crimea. SANCTIONS are the poor man's response to aggression. The EU and NATO are "paper tigers" and have underinvested in defense for a long time. Their armed forces are not up to intervening and they have given no indication that they are willing.
As a supporter of Pres. Trump, I was saddened by his reaction to the murder of the Reiners. At a time in our society where all civility has gone out the window, a one-sentence expression of sympathy (or no statement at all) would've been the 'statesman'-ly response; regardless of past animosities, it's not cool to kick a man when he's down or no longer with us.
Ask yourself this question: If Trump had been assassinated, how would the Left react? Would they be sympathetic and demand de-escalation and hugging the right? Or would it be the reaction to Charlie Kirk's assassination on steroids? Don't ask conservatives to turn the other cheek. That is for moralistic books and not what people really do, even the Jews of 32AD
Regardless of whether civility is reciprocated or not, it is the right thing to do. I may despise someone's attitudes or opinions but, if that person stumbles in front of me, it is my responsibility as a man and as a member of a civilized society to extend a hand in support. If that 'helping hand' is spat upon, I would like to believe that I would take comfort in knowing that I behaved civilly (although my instincts would be to pummel his face into the pavement).
As long as he's pissing on lefties I give it two thumbs up. Stop being kind to the enemy.
Would you be able to stand up against the attacks of the Left against you, threatening your life and that of your family? How would you respond when a prominent member of that cabal was taken down? Just curious
"He who fights with monsters might take care lest he thereby become a monster." - Friedrich Nietzsche.
I believe that responding with disdain or hate would move me closer to joining their club, the truth is sufficient.
All public figures get death threats from both the left & the right
Yeah, but not all public figures have two actual attempts on their life in one year (Trump), or are murdered in cold blood (Charlie). Just saying.
Assassination culture, at this point in history, is a Left thing.
I'm more interested in the Trump era.
The very name of their party is a tragic sham.
https://www.yahoo.com/news/dem-assassin-strong-trump-supporter-150316294.html Dem Assassin Is ‘Strong Trump Supporter’ Best Friend Reveals
Right wing media:
https://nypost.com/2025/06/15/us-news/what-are-vance-luther-boelter-politics-alleged-minnesota-assassin-was-appointed-by-tim-walz-voted-for-trump/ "He was a Trump supporter. He voted for Trump. He liked Trump. I like Trump,” lifelong friend David Carlson told The Post.
I think there is "evidence" he was on the right.
But anyway, deranged individuals carried out these assassinations, not the collective right or left.
I'd like to see evidence that he followed Trump and planned on shooting no kings protesters please.
Well, I think investigations are carried out by questioning people who knew him, examining his computer, etc. I think it's pretty clear that someone who had a list of democrats to kill was on the right.
Is it possible there is and undeclared civil war going on ???
Right now??
I was wondering if the HL3 dismissal thing would carry you along in its wake. Now I have the answer.
I am always civil. Do you prefer a page where everyone gushes over stone?
I prefer a thread were the commentary is rooted in reality instead of nonsensical, bizarre, obsessed, poopy diaper rants about tRuMP!
THe right can't tolerate opposing opinions.
And too many public figures get assassinated or are targets, twice for Trump and once for Charlie Kirk. Death threats aren't something you wave your hand at like an annoying mosquito.
Of course not, but if you think only right wingers get death threats, you are dreaming. And you forgot the shootings of the the 4 democratic lawmakers killing 2 of them.
this was a horrible horrible thing. the difference? it was local...it did not have any bearing on the rest of the country
I much prefer hard truths to Obama style sophistry and word salad.
JFK would be considered harsh these days.
Political Correctness has melted too many minds.
We need to toughen up, not be so sensitive to someone telling the facts in a tone that triggers.
And trump rants at top speed insulting people and talking nonsense (like a spiel on snakes).
So what. He's not ruining America
Just shows he's unhinged and not fit to be president.
Absolutely. Well said.
“…but occasionally the tough pup is going to rip up the sofa cushions and pee in the living room.” Lmaoooo!!! Love this description. Nailed it. Lol
He has yet to do or say anything as disgusting as what Biden, Obama, Pelosi, Schiff, Schumer, Waters, AOC, Clinton, Harris and Walz have said.
Bingo,,,Add up all the nasty and you would have a book as thick as the Bible
I see today that Pelosi finally admitted she held up the bans against stock trading by Congress b/c she was making too much $$.
Crude, yes. Racist, no.
It's funny how some people become highly offended when you treat them like they've been treating you.

The despots of the world laugh at him. He's the gift that never stops giving to his idol putin
Well, here's an article that lists many times trump has praised Putin.
https://www.usnews.com/news/politics/articles/2025-04-14/the-literally-dozens-of-times-donald-trump-has-praised-vladimir-putin
I'm sure Putin was falling out of his seat laughing on Jan 6th.
Before the 2024 election, trump claimed he would end the war within 24 hours of taking office:
https://www.cnn.com/2025/04/25/politics/fact-check-trump-ukraine-war Fact check: It wasn’t ‘in jest.’ Here are 53 times Trump said he’d end Ukraine war within 24 hours or before taking office
Trump believed that Putin respected and was as eager to please Trump as Trump was Putin. It was not until he could not get Putin to agree to anything after the 2024 election that he got some inkling that Putin does what he wants and thinks Trump is a fool.
https://apnews.com/article/trump-russia-ukraine-war-633a216d0506c82353fc7745b69c0fe0 How Trump backed away from promising to end the Russia-Ukraine war in 24 hours
Did you hear the account of one of the Israeli prisoners, who said that his Hamas captor was terrified when Trump won?
Was he a world despot?
What's your point?
He was a terrorist.
We don’t care about his opponents.
They are still manipulated by Obama sophistry and word salad lies.
Personally, I’m all for hard truths.
Kennedy would be considered “ out of control “ a Democrat talking point you threw in there.
So perhaps reflect on how you’ve been seduced by propaganda.
You don't understand the word "truth." He lies constantly. A family conflict killed the reiners, not TDS.
A family conflict?
Over drug addictions, etc. It is highly doubtful the son killed his parents because they didn't like trump.
Agreed
Trump should not lower himself to the leftist ways
If you haven't heard the details of the production role Rob played, this substack explains in depth ; ROB REINER HELPED LAUNCH THE RUSSIA HOAX TO STEAL THE WH FROM PRESIDENT TRUMP AND DESTROY OUR COUNTRY. ~ https://tierneyrealnewsnetwork.substack.com/p/rob-kill-and-destroy?r=yiwmd&triedRedirect=true
When did he ever give up his luxury life? He flies to his estates all the time. Does he entertain his billionaire buddies in the slum, "Mar-a-lago"?
Pretty good,,,some of my best dogs I had in my life were bring home stray mutts. Trump should have been dead twice,,I can only imagine what he thinks everyday,,seeing these people murder him with death wishes and horrible words all day everyday and yet,,there it is in NJ Gasoline under three dollars,,my town 2.64,,,thats awsome,,same as in 2019 and 2020,,,of course the Psychopaths come out and say that presidents have no power to effect oil prices.....Wow!
Brilliant!! Perfectly said!!
How did you become a FORMER TDS sufferer? What changed your mind?
Eagerly awaits answer.
Maybe the same way Sasha did? Finally saw the light?
Yay. One more conversion to sanity!
Exactly. The hypocrisy of the left screaming about threats to “our democracy” is astounding. (Newsflash: There is no “our democracy”, just democracy)
Almost every day this administration via Tulsi Gabbard or FBI, DOj uncovers more evidence of the Biden DOJ / CIA weaponization against President Trump & the American people.
The Democrat Party is the threat to "our democracy".
She finished by saying the Electoral College is stupid...Wow,,,what Brilliance,,,NOT
I said democracy in the US.
You left out the proudly and openly rigged primaries of 2016 and 2020, otherwise good summation of the antidemocracy of the Democrats.
Poor Bernie
Remember, nothing says democracy like, 'Vote for this unprimaried candidate because otherwise we can't keep all that delicious campaign money'. 😉
Well PUT and you will never hear that on NBC or read it in the NYT
I think you meant “our” democracy
How come it is that every time I hear a Democrat talk about "our democracy", all I can hear them actually meaning is "our power"?
or my favorite…”that’s not who we are”...
The only thing the Party of Love has going for itself is its hatred for Trump.
YES Flower Power and Oops I almost forgot their hero Charles Manson
And another clueless idiot makes their ignorance known!
Freudian
Heck yes.
Rob’s unstable unhinged rage against Trump wasn’t a one off.
Imagine the gaslighting those kids were raised with.
I was raised by Gaslighting Ann’s narcissistic parents.
The rage and frustration I felt at times.
I used drugs and alcohol to ease the pain. Got clean decades ago.
Healed my rage with my parents.
Was there in their last days.
My brother never healed, still reacted like a child towards our dad.
Considering Nick seems to still be in rage mode.
The whole situation is sad.
Trump stated facts.
Jjule is saying her perspective based on her personal experience. Not psychoanalysis. Though I believe by the way you wrote “ psycho analyst” you meant it as a slight.
YES it is spooky how he made such great films,,,When Harry Met Sally,,,,and yet his posts on social media are on fire with pure hate.
Sure. You are a psycho analyst.
Yes. Recognize the enemy and give the cocksuckers no quarter. Blow El Deguello and charge.
War is imminent and then its kill or be killed,,if you hesitate you get blown up, we lost most of our soldiers in WWII at the Battle of the Bulge,,but kept moving forward and Won,,,we never hesitated,,,War is over when side sas "Stop" "I give up"
Evil intent indeed and yes, many are either psychopaths or narcissists.
Best comment of the day! I share your experience & see the world in the exact same way.
I agree,,,so what will we do? What is going to happen
Missed that one, thank God!
You nailed it.
Attaboy!
Where have you been? He constantly say unhinged & crass things.
Trump is not the first President who says things he shouldn't say, What matters to me is what he has done. He is kicking butt and , most importantly, he is actively and quickly fulfilling the promises he made that got him elected. THAT makes him one of the best Presidents we have ever had.
Crass, sure. Unhinged? Nope.
He seems to enjoy provoking those who are a bit thin-skinned.
You're a true Stepford Housewife for the Democrat Party.
https://apnews.com/article/trump-venezuela-boat-strikes-drugs-cocaine-trafficking-e4fcf945e48e36bf2c510f9f111e031c What a reporter found when she investigated US military strikes on Venezuelan drug boats
"Most of the nine men were crewing such craft for the first or second time, making at least $500 per trip, residents and relatives said. The four dead men included a fisherman, a down-on-his-luck bus driver, a former military cadet and a local crime boss. Others included laborers and a motorcycle driver."
Did you carry out an investigation?
We were originally told that the boats were fishing boats despite the boats not being actual fishing boats and having no fishing equipment. Yes, I read that AP story, which unwittingly or wittingly, undermines the original story in its confirmation that these boats are in fact drug running boats. Was the AP attempting to elicit some sort of empathy for the men who, by choice, were being paid to run illegal drugs to foriegn countries? I guess the Chavez/Maduro socialist experiment isn't working out so well for some Venezuelans...maybe most.
Those are for your benefit
You have to let alot of what he says go under the bridge he is always playing chess,,,,likes to provoke...He has always been that way.
Except on David Letterman
Sasha, FYSA… Jenna McCarthy made a nice mention of you and this article, “On Substack, writer Sasha Stone (who often characterizes herself as a former member of the “Democratic doomsday cult”) pointed out a sentiment echoed frequently on X: This is not a Charlie Kirk situation. Despite Reiner’s vocal disdain for all things MAGA, the vast majority of the right isn’t openly reveling in the loss of a human life…
Seriously, follow Sasha if you don’t already.”
I read that this morning too …. women taking care of women rather than competing- loved it
Celebrating the death of the enemy is a virtue.
Who’s celebrating it?
You know who continues to Celebrate Murder
Candace and her crowd.
The "vast majority " did not revel in kirk's tragic death. A small number may have made the news although I didn't see it.
Well said, Amen!🙏🏻
Yeah. Appeared to be massive rage involved.
Nitpicking, but Hitler committed suicide. Agree with everything else you say.
Trump may no longer give a F. But I do.
Or dresses up like a stabbed Reiner for Halloween.
you're right he was pointing something out
Part of me thinks Trump chimed in so soon was to get his note heard,,,you know before the tidal wave comes,,,could be wrong,,,he must be seething mad 24/7,,,people like Reiner are the reason that guy shot Kirk and the other guy shot Trump and we know this is far from over.
He did. I did not. Some people do not yet realize who we are up against, in the form of the Left. Hopefully they will learn.
the left are phoney babies,,,,they don't care about Rob Reiner or anyone,,,they have no God.
I heard a movie star on an interview once and she said it,,,"there is no God,, Only, L.A." and she was dead serious,,,so matter of fact, the interviewer just dropped the conversation and went on to a whole nuther question.
Communism Allows no God only the Party...This is no joke people
Which murder isn't brutal?
Irina Zarutska?
I'm terrified that society now watches snuff videos broadcast by National media,,,whats next public execution
Way to grab the truck of the tree, Kevin. Most all murders are brutal. When a person suffers over period of time before expiring at hand of another, we sometimes use descriptive words.
Interesting.
I read of the reaction to President Trump's posting before reading it and the National Socialist media made it sound a lot worse than it actually was.
But it was nothing like the vitriol of the Violent, Red Fascist Left after the murder of Charlie Kirk, we are not the same.
I like that. As a reference to history, I am going to start calling the DSA the "Nationalsozialistische" party. That is what they are
There was also a very popular term that started in the 1930's that referred to their ideology as Brown Bolshevism in comparison to the Red Bolshevism or Red Fascism of the Soviet Union – since they both were very similar.
Brown Bolshevism; The Atlantic; April 1939 Issue
https://archive.org/details/brown-bolshevism-the-atlantic-april-1939-issue-a
HITLER SPEEDS UP THE NAZI REVOLUTION; Brown Bolshevism; Emphasized The Socialist Part Of The Nazi Program, With State Control Or Ownership Of Industry, NYT Jan. 22, 1939

Exactly. Media made a big ugly deal out of nothing.
Not arguing and I agree he could have been a little more magnanimous, but that would have been fake and I don't want that.

Well put. They DO see it as a weakness to be exploited.
The Snake Poem: https://formalverse.com/2024/09/16/donald-trumps-favourite-poem-the-snake-by-oscar-brown-jr/
I’ll take hard truths over Obamas word salad style sophistry any day.
If Trump had been anything but straight forward, he wouldn’t be trustworthy.
F diplomacy.
Excellent point. One of the many things I admire about DJT is his consistency.
True. We always know where he stands.
Great article!
We hate the left and the left hates us.
The difference: they've started the killing and we're doing nothing.
So they're winning.
And you're a fool if you think we're winning the moral high ground. There is no moral high ground.
Just the cold dead ground the losers get buried in.
I am afraid you are correct. This is a simmering Civil War that hasn't really gotten hot yet. We are at about 1858 in historical terms
Which has in fact happened. Damn peculiar, no?
That's one angle, anyway.
If my surmise is correct they won't have to.
Like the guy who tried to kill Trump.
Damn peculiar, as I say...
MKUltra.
I would add that Right (as one might call the moral high ground) counts for nothing without its old enemy Might.
Agreed.
I am honestly disgusted about the double standard that is exhibited by many , i agree that trumps comments were somewhat tasteless and inappropriate but i also want to remind people that reiner had very little sympathy when charly kirk got murdered and said a lot of bad things about trump supporters
Thank you. Life is not a one way street
Yes,so sick of the demand, expectation really, from both sides that the Right must grovel and genuflect to the Left at all times, while the Left is free to trash us to hell at every given opportunity. Done kissing their asses.
Reiner wasn’t the President of the United States though. Let’s not give Trump a pass here. He and we are better than that.
I'm not. Speak for yourself.
Yep.
I don't think Gen George S. Patton was a very polite guy. There is a war going on. Act accordingly
Whatever girlie. Go back to your dollies and pretty ponies. Embarrassment is for twats.
God knows we need warriors, not dollies.
Look everyone, an interwebs tough guy 🤡. I would have thought your estrogen patch would have softened your temperament sweetie. Guess not. 🤣
Whatever cunt. You aren't even a person.
A lot of people would think you a fool for saying that and they’d be correct. You’re an 🫏🤡. 🤣
Thanks for weighing in, moral exemplar. I, myself, will go with crass, unacceptable and embarrassing.
Not the army we need. But definitely an easy mark for Leftits. Ugh. Too many cream puffs. It's a feast for them every damn day.
I hear what you’re saying but it’s always better to take the high road when the opportunity presents itself
