You could put a link at the end of each post, right before the exit song and “to thine own self be true”.
Many other Substack authors use the “Buy me a coffee on kofi” link, which seems to work fine for them and does not detract from the quality of their work in any way.
I’ve been following you for about 4 years. Your audience wants you to succeed. There is nothing wrong with you getting paid for your exceptional work. Your podcasts are in a league of their own. It’s like other podcasts slap together plywood while you work with delicate hardwood inlays. The care and craftsmanship you put in is obvious to all.
Poverty is not a virtue. This is your day job, your business, your income, right?
It is really important to make it as easy as possible.
Great advice for Sasha. When you have something of value to offer the world it’s a two way street; the consumer benefits from the offering and the person who provides the offering should benefit monetarily.
I admire you Sasha because you had the courage to look at a perspective different than your own. It takes a discerning mind and an honest and brave heart to even entertain a new and different perspective. So glad you had the courage to do so. And because of that courage you’ve gifted us with wisdom and an honest point of view from someone who’s been there and done that.
