Girl was En Fuego! And she comes across as very genuine.

I would give my left testicle to watch her in person debate Kamala Harris.

You’re trading your left nut too easily; half the 8th graders in the country could out wit Camela in a debate.

True, but the spectacle of such an epic smackdown would be delicious. And no one is more deserving of a smackdown than the smug Kamala.

I agree. Why in the hell would Tulsi get up on stage and debate that idiot.

Ridiculous.

Was so distracted by your testicle reference, I misread your sentence as: "I would give my left testicle to watch her in..." PRISON.... "debate Kamala Harris."

Also, what happened to your right one?

Have been in the tank for Tulsi for some time now.

Bless you, Sasha, for what you do.

I wrote in Tulsi for POTUS in 2020 and would definitely endorse her for VP if she and Trump choose to run together, however, I think that Tim Scott or Byron Donalds is the better choice. Donalds gave a great opening speech at CPAC.

Byron Donald over Tim Scott. No for Tulsi—she’s not a radical Dem but she’s still a Dem at heart. Ben Carson is a great choice—very smart and intelligent with a calm demeanor.

Please permit me to disagree with you on a couple of fronts.

First off, she is a *recovering* Democrat. Like our wonderful host, this lends two very important assets. First off she understands the values which drive Democrat voters. She can both speak their language and help them to understand how the Democrats have completely and utterly abandoned all of the principals they once (or at least pretended) to stand for. These are not your father's or your mother's Democrats.

Second, she has solid and honorable military experience. Our military is currently in a death spiral, not unlike the nation it is tasked with defending. Imagine what she could do to help restore it to its former glory and capability? Who better to understand what the rank and file have to contend with as opposed to a bunch of overwrought, diversity hires bellowing over their beer bellies about "white rage"? Yet also as someone who comprehends the destruction and foolishness of war. Especially needless ones.

Trump/Tulsi '24!

Tulsi “sounds” good when she speaks, but don't trust her enough to welcome her. She also attended the World Economic Forum’s summit for new leaders and is a Democrat at heart. The last thing the GOP needs is more RINOs. We desperately need to advance the careers of true Constitutional Conservatives instead of continuing the failed “big tent” mentality that has only lurched us toward Authoritarianism with all the GOP interlopers. Unfortunately, Trump hasn't had the best track record for picking people for his administration.

Sasha, I know there's going to be pressure to choose a woman or a minority. But I have to say that I am increasingly feeling like JD Vance has the chops to be president some day. I was listening to Ronald Reagan's speech endorsing Barry Goldwater on President's Day (for the 1st time) and it gave me goose bumps. I know Obama was an extremely good communicator, but his politics were toxic. I was thinking that Trump's going to be gone at some point and wondered who had the background, leadership, intellect and rhetorical ability to lead this party... I really think that's JD Vance.

I like Tulsi.

Not sure the base would accept her. But that might be a great reason to pick her.

Tulsi is awesome. We love her. She has plenty of time to hone her skills. She’s young. Now’s not the time. In a more reasonable situation Tulsi would be the first choice.

Tulsi would be great but I can't see it. From what I've heard it seems like the top 3 options are Vivek, JD Vance, and Elise Stefanik. But it's speculation.

Unfortunately, Tulsi sold out on Covid, so I completely gave up on her, especially since she's a 'graduate' of the WEF young leaders program.

I like how Sasha solicited opinions on VP candidates and reminds me a little of how she fosters debate on movie awards (eg best picture, casting, etc). Will be interesting to see if this gets extended to other key positions (eg Sec of State, DOJ, etc). My early vote; Julie Kelly for DOJ.

I love Julie. I believe she’s a journalist and not a lawyer. Not that actual professional credentials matter any more. She could be the Czar of political justice. 😂

My humble opinion is that Trump needs to pick someone who will appeal to voters who might not vote for him otherwise. I kind of think Tim Scott would fill that need, he has a softer demeaner that might provide some balance, and is a great American succuss story. Trump already has his base - passionate people who realize this country is in trouble, and who wouldn't even consider voting for anyone else. But if he is to win, he needs the votes of those who are on the fence, or just don't want four more years of Democrats, and I think Tim Scott might help do that.

Support Tulsi? She's smart, articulate, a wonderful speaker, has great positions on the changeling questions before us like abortion, our open border and endless wars...what's not to like? I'd vote for her in a heartbeat!

The question is whether some R's will view her as an unreliable "turncoat," and also how independents will view her. Personally, I think independents will find her attractive as a moderate bringing balance to a ticket that some view as too "hard right." Of course, unless a candidate is "RINO approved" like Haley, the deep state is going to fight her just as hard as they're fighting Trump.

I like Vivek, JD and Ben, but Tulsi brings something new and interesting to the table. She would be my first choice.

I would love to see Tulsi Gabbard as Donald Trump's vice president. She has common sense, is an Army reserve lieutenant colonel who has seen combat, and is qualified to be president.

My VP pick would be JD Vance. I think he is in the best position to continue the MAGA fight in 2028. I would support Tulsi but I think she might be seen as too risky. I'm at CPAC and I agree with your opinion on Julie Kelly. As another commenter noted, Byron Donalds also gave a very strong and well received speech.

JD Vance is from the Holler and rock solid. He’s highly educated, completely grounded and someone I would support for future POTUS.
