One of the things I like about Tucker Carlson the most is that he is curious about people. He is also interested in the “little guy” and not that interested in the powerful people who run everything.
He has often talked about a waitress he knows who gives him some perspective on ordinary American life. I think that accounts for his ability to speak about things no one else in the media can.
Now, he’s brought on his neighbor on “on Rural America, Overcoming Addiction, and Donald Trump.”

Kudos to Tucker for letting us sit in on his conversation with a hard working man whose rough-and tumble early life experiences likely represents a lot more middle class Americans than some - especially the snooty, "holier-than-thou" overeducated elitists - might believe. Esau has some very clear-eyed perspectives of American culture and politics, especially regarding President Trump as opposed to the Swamp.
Great to hear from an ordinary Joe, his life was quite the journey. Sadly the progressives resgard these folks as basically vermin. I commend him for looking after his aging mother. A lot of kids with old parents can't wait until they can dump them in a seniors home so that they are not burdened. Overall good stuff but could have ben shortened to about 25 mins.
