Thank you for sharing. So glad Tucker Carlson was liberated from Fox News. He’s now his own man, unleashed to be much more powerful and effective.

The wonder here is that all Tucker is doing is being pragmatic. Sensible.

The astounding thing in our current environment is that being pragmatic and sensible is so surprising and refreshing.

I think Tucker has consistently been honest and bold in his exposition of truth. "Being pragmatic and sensible" is not what Christ implored us to do. Both adjectives are purposefully unspecific as to what values and virtues to follow in our decisions and actions. Being pragmatic and sensible often results in compromise with and tolerance of corrupt and evil people and forces. And the majority of our politicians being pragmatic is exactly why this nation is in the seriously degraded situation that exists today. I would say we need to be courageous, faithful, virtuous, humble, but resolute and unyielding in the moral and righteous values we represent. Be pragmatic only when it doesn't undermine or compromise your basic righteous values.

This is why this leftist status quo cannot and will not survive. It's become so obvious to even the casual observer (who is not brainwashed) that the narratives are false.

Great video. Tucker is one of our best. The Christians he was talking about in Iraq were the Assyrians mostly and also the smaller Chaldeans, another ancient group. I worked for many years with many Assyrians and a Chaldean in Chicago. Excellent people with traditional values. Smart, hard working, very reliable and dedicated to their families.

They said our invasion of their country was like a huge tsunami that destroyed everything. As bad as things were under Saddam, they were much worse after he was gone. I’ll never forget one Assyrian telling me “All of Iraq is ruined.” Their ancient homeland that they loved is forever gone and those fortunate enough to escape are scattered all over the world. How awful. Our ruling class has no conscience. No sense of right or wrong. The damage they do here and globally means nothing at all to them. They hated Bush for destroying their country and also hated Obama for greatly favoring Muslim refugees over Christians who needed it far more. They wondered why in the world we were trying to get rid of Assad in Syria who, they said, protected the Christians and that whoever replaced Assad would be far worse for Syria and also for America.

None of them hated America though. They were glad to be here and knew quite well that ordinary people have little to say about what their government does. They were all very strong Trump supporters as were the Vietnamese and many of the Mexicans. Never had a sense that they were different. They were such good people. I feel fortunate to have gotten to know them so well. They were definitely an asset to our society.

Yes, I totally agree and experience the same with my Assyrian friends from Iraq. Very good and honest culture!

Great segment and he is right. We too left our Catholic church over the 2020 flu called Covid for precisely the same reasons. There is only one fear in my life and our greatest joy is our children and especially our first grandchild. I am glad I am only 54 so I can enjoy him.

Ohio ballot initiative is worded in today's woke language and as such it creates a noose that hangs it's itself. Here it is - "Provide that each individual has the right to make and carry out one’s own reproductive decisions". Can't say women anymore and thankfully they didn't use 'birthing persons'. But the new language is all about confusion. By avoiding the word woman and substituting "Individual" does this include women AND men, as both are required to reproduce? Therefore does voting in favor of this bill allow a man to force a woman to end a pregnancy? Or can a man make a "reproductive decision" to have the woman carry the baby to term?

I for one would like to see that challenged in court.

"Can God make a rock too heavy for him to lift?" is an old medieval conundrum concerning whether God is "all-powerful". At least in those days we had monks who could debate in Latin, or various local versions of Latin. How low the once might have fallen.

“I for one would like to see that challenged in court.“

Depends on the court. Biden has appointed many Woke “social justice” judges that see nothing at all wrong with Woke gender ideology. What we have here is a severely fractured society that’s rapidly unraveling. We lack a common reality which means we have no common truth which means things like “common sense” no longer exist. This does not bode well for our future.

the legal challenge would focus on the word 'individual' and this is where it get's circular. A woke judge can't use the word 'woman' so what is an individual? They want to exclude men of course but can't use 'women' so they are left with what? Birthing persons? And that would require a change in the law. I'd like to watch it unfold.

I too am a cradle Episcopalian and I know exactly the church that Tucker attended and I have been there too. Beautiful, well endowed and a classic establishment church. I also am feeling alienated from the church and its increasingly woke stance overall; hysteria over Covid closing it down was a huge blow for me. I left the woke parish in my village and have joined a more conservative Anglican Church but I’m still feeling a distance from the church that I am not sure I will get over. Tucker is correct about how insular the church has become. I never hear any concern expressed for the world wide community of Christ within its walls. It is becoming a hollow shell and not even its beautiful liturgies and Lessons and Carols will save it, I fear.

Sasha. Thanks so much for working around the X limitations on providing direct links to Tucker podcasts (or whatever they are called) I typically forward them to others, as I suspect many of your subscribers do, so your message resonates further than you might think. Your work on making these Tucker podcasts available with a simple click is a tremendous contribution to the conservative cause. I think I need to become a paid subscriber.

Excellent video below but the question “Is Chicago Savable”? could just as easily be asked about America in general. Can America survive being ruled by a criminally insane ruling ruling class which has total msm support and many useful idiots in the general public as well which strongly supports them? Does America even still exist as a country?

I live in Chicago which is being destroyed by city-wide black wilding so crime was the number one issue during our recent mayoral election. The runoff election was between a white, tough on crime, moderate named Paul Vallas and a black, Woke, blame whitey, leftist named Brandon Johnson. Only a third of registered voters bothered to vote and Johnson won 51% to 49%. What good does it do to inform voters of things they already know but ignore due to their commitment to Woke race and gender ideology among blacks, whites, Hispanics and Asians in the general public?

Democrats are, in general, significantly dependent on government welfare for education, healthcare, food stamps, jobs and virtually everything in their life; and so they reject God, Family, Country and Freedom for taxpayer money and enslavement for themselves and their children. It’s multi-generational and getting much worse. They cannot change it internally; needs external force to cut off the supply.

Two and half unrelated points, one short and only long:

1) Within European culture, it is not only the principles of Christianity that do not refer to race: the principles of Western Civilization do not refer to race. Lefties can blather on as much as they want as if this is somehow not true. The fact is that it is.

2a) Christian Identitarianism is, despite appearances, fundamentally different from Islamic Identitarianism. The difference is "sovereignty": which groups should have an army. Muslims regard themselves as "the super tribe of the faithful". (I was happy to see that phrase used, since I had already come up with it myself. It is fairly obvious.) The ideal is that there should be one Islamic state, and the breakup of the one Islamic state that did for a time exist is seen as a disaster. (Much as we see the fall of the Roman Empire as a disaster.) The idea that Christianity should have an army would, I think, strike most Christians (or Westerners) as bizarre.

2b) Within Islam (or at least Sunni Islam), integration of church and state (as opposed to separation) is traditionally regarded as part of the religion. Much of the Koran, more less the last half, is in effect an embryonic legal code. This means that the religion is Authoritarian rather than Democratic.

An extended footnote: It is conceivable that a very liberal interpretation of the Koran, regarding the earlier Meccan suras as valid and the later Medinan suras as not, could conceivably undo this. The Turkish cleric Guelen, who Erdogan wants to kill, has been working on such a project for many years. But at the historical moment, there is not yet any such thing as an Islam (or at least a Sunni Islam) that is consistent with Democracy. It is, by the way, not coincidental that Shi'a Islam, in Iran, at least contemplated Democracy: within Shi'a Islam, there is not necessarily any conflict.
