Whenever you post Tucker's stuff, I think about all the emails of complaint you get and I laugh. Hope you laugh too.

Yeah, some people think Tucker is some kind of anti-Israel Jew-hater because of some of his guests and maybe things he said. I stand with Israel all the way but no, I don't think he's down with the various foreign and domestic nutcases screeching "from the river to the sea" and sometimes doing much worse as in Boulder CO. I'm not concerned that somehow he's gonna inspire some right-winger to attack Jews.

The SSRI issue isn't black and white for me either, as someone who has at times received benefits from. I don't deny the negative effects and consequences and I'm done with them. I did have sexual side effects and the withdrawal sucked to varying degrees depending on the med.

Yet at the same time, after ten days of Effexor, I woke up that morning and while I wouldn't say everything was great I was no longer in the thralls of a horrible, disabling, major depressive episode. And believe me this was no placebo effect. I was so far down in the hole that I wasn't expecting sh*t. This was fifteen years ago. I launched a strong comeback and while it hasn't always been easy I have not had another major depressive episode.

The Kiriakau is essential listening/watch to further understand how corrupt our government is. And I am a lifetime public servant(soldier and firefighter).

I watched the John Kirakou interview. It was so interesting ( though long). John K is an amazing & courageous person. I had no idea he went through all he did simply because Obama administration cia ( Brennan) didn’t like that he spoke the truth about US torture practices.

The DeLano interview is powerful!having worked with people who were in the revolving door of psychiatry and mental health, what she says makes so much sense!

Tucker’s praise for Putin and the supposed marvels of Moscow drives me nuts. That said, as a Christian but not a Catholic, I found his interview of Bishop Barron to be fascinating and informative.

I found Tucker’s episode on SSRIs incredibly timely—just finished writing an article on the dark and often overlooked history of psychology in America. From eugenics to the pathologizing of normal distress, there’s so much the public doesn’t know. This isn’t just about meds—it’s about a system that’s been shaped more by ideology and control than true healing. Every American should understand where these institutions came from.

As a therapist I have seen many people greatly benefited by short term antidepressants , also my grandmother and aunt were saved by them and my father is helped by them. There are issues, but they aren’t just bad.

Here's an example of The Problem So Many Of Us Have With Tucker. And why we don't take him All That Seriously.

These three tucker carlson interviews weren't bad. tucker carlson goes off the rails when anything related to Israel, even remotely, comes up. He does the same with Judaism in general. When Trump #1 decided to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, there were loud outcries about how this would inflame the Muslim world into a major war involving Israel and the United States. Didn't happen, not even close. Similar with Trump's recognition of Israel's annexation of the Golan Heights. Clearly the best way to avoid an ugly war with the genocidal war mongering mullahs in Iran is to eliminate their ability to build a nuclear weapon.

"These three tucker carlson interviews weren't bad."

You're probably right. Thing is, there are those on The right who have gone (as you put it) Off The Rails, and I have no/little time to listen to them. Why should I when he Never defends his opinions. Let hm sit down with (say) Mark or Ben or VDH and have a conversation with them, about what he has said. I have to ask Why this is? COULD it be they are not defensible?

tucker carlson doesn't want to give a platform to folk who support Israel in any way. I noticed Joe Rogan has a similar issue. I was pleased when he had Douglas Murray as a guest, but then had to pair him with the annoying moron Dave Smith, who is stridently anti-Israel. I imagine if tucker ever had a Douglas Murray on his show, he would do the same and pair him with a Dave Smith type.
