Our trek into the 4th Turning seems purposeful and deliberate, the stuff of skewed minds in media, academia, and on the left. Worse, it seems to be global.

I’ve read all the books years ago, and read Howe’s revised Fourth Turning and Howe seem to have a bias against “right wingers” and Trump. It made me think that Strauss was the more right leaning of the two.

Obviously, I know who I’m voting for, but even if Trump wins, will the deep state allow him to take power again? IDK.

America’s Founders (both Federalists and “Anti-Federalists”) documented their disagreements in creating a new federal, central government in the Federalist Papers and the The-Anti-Federalist-Papers. Our “Anti-Federalist” ancestors warned us that establishing a central government would be dangerous as it could grow too big. We did not heed the warnings of the “Anti-Federalists” that the government would grow too big and corrupt!

What if We the People could get rid of the central power in the first place? Could we revise the Articles of the Confederation? With threats of another forever war, at what point do We the People say Enough? https://lizlasorte.substack.com/p/a-modest-proposal-when-the-war-drums?r=76q58
