well there's this:

.

Once upon a time, a Prince asked a beautiful Princess...

"Will you marry me?"

The Princess said "NO!"

And the Prince lived happily ever after, and rode motorcycles, and went fishing, and hunting, and played golf, and had fun with women half his age, and drank beer, and scotch and had tons of money in the bank, and scratched his balls without criticism and left the toilet seat up goddamnit.

The end

C Boyle's avatar

Missed a paragraph.

The prince grew old and found himself alone, without love or purpose. And he died a small pathetic shell of what he might have been.

The End

AzAnt's avatar

Now imagine telling the raging feminists that, without a man and or children, they'll all end up sad and alone and a pathetic shell of what they could have been…

C Boyle's avatar

They already know, most of them anyway, that’s why they’re raging.

Tomas Pajaros's avatar

that's what happens if he's dumb enough to marry and get kicked to the curb . . .

OR he married the wrong woman. OR for the wrong reason.

Good one! The progressive radical Demoncats live in some weird version of Bizarro world. Their view of reality is distorted/warped and they can't see it.

equinefriend's avatar

R H, and may they never see it. May they continue to express their illogical anti-freedom/liberty offensive rhetoric so that we can clearly see who they are. It appears that they can't compute correctly on even the simplest common sense issues such as closed borders, lower taxes, that we're much better off with no gun control, that the smaller the centralized government the better, that it would be best to not put tampons in boys bathrooms (sheesh!). Fred Rogers of Mister Roger's Neighborhood" said it SO well when he said, "And remember kids, the girls will always be mommies and the boys will always be daddies." Michael Savage also said it beautifully about the (current) Democrat officials when he stated that "Liberalism is a mental disorder." That being said, most of the current Republican officials aren't far behind. To me, most of them appear to be spineless parasites, complicit in the intrusive (criminal) "regime" changing of other countries and quite comfortable with the ongoing crimes of other agencies such as the USDA, for example, that can force livestock farmers to destroy their healthy livestock under the guise of "health safety." And was there a single governor on either side that wasn't complicit in the lockdowns and other INSANE restrictions of the Covid psyop, (and would probably do it again) in obediance to the totally corrupt CDC? Seems to me that most Congressmen and Senators are either bribed by corporations or blackmailed into obedience of the powers that (actually) be. But I'm at least glad that our historically corrupt government is now being revealed to an otherwise brainwashed and naive public (dumbed down by our Marxist infiltrated public schools). I hope that Trump, despite the plethora of traitors, RINOs and reprobates within his circle, can get enough done to give us a leg up on changing the course of our country that has been so erroded of freedom/liberty.

R H's avatar

Agreed! I read Savage's book many years ago by that title. Spot on. And yes, I think the RINO's are a more dangerous aspect of the blob/deepstate than the Demoncats. At least you know Demoncats are your enemy.

Well I love her

But I love to fish

I spend all day out on this lake

And hell is all I catch

But today she met me at the door

Said I would have to choose

If I hit that fishing hole today

She'd be packing all her things

And she'd be gone by noon

Well, I'm gonna miss her

When I get home

But right now I'm on this lakeshore

And I'm sitting in the sun

I'm sure it'll hit me

When I walk through that door tonight

Yeah, I'm going miss her

Oh, look there, I've got a bite!

My late husband fished, hunted scratched away and was a happy guy. He also was given a son (by me) who looked just like him, shared his name and loved the ground he walked on.

RC's avatar

Wait a minute. Isn't this the same party whose Supreme Court appointee was asked "what is a woman" and her reply was "I'm not a biologist"? So have they now finally figured out what is a woman yet? Because if they can't do that how are they going to figure out what is a man?

These people are "biology deniers". They always say "follow the science" when they want to bully us but then they can't and won't and don't do it! They are actually clinically insane.

I see your 20 and raise you 5.

Scott's avatar

The really funny thing is, the Democrats have plenty of research showing WHY they lost, but they double down on it.

1 Boys in girls' sports locker rooms.

2 Man puts on a dress, and suddenly becomes a woman 🤣

3 Celebrating every group, except men, because "hyper masculinity."

4 Making criminals the victims has to be turning off many young women victims of crime.

Orest's avatar

They're shouting into an echo chamber. They think they know how to "win" back men. But they're using the same old tactics. Nothing will change. Until they need help changing a tire. Women who can largely aren't in the same boat with the dems. Something about self-sufficiency.

MLHVM's avatar

Actually, I think it isn't that as much as that they believe they are "on the right side of history" (the only right they'll talk about) and they have a moral imperative to force the rest of us to agree with them and accept our place. Man is a religious animal. Their belief system is a religion. It is tricky to get people to abandon their religion, especially when they don't understand that it is one.

Maurice St. Cloud's avatar

Yes. “Until they need help changing a tire” sums it up nicely. I’ve had female friends crying over being broke and having simple car maintenance that needs to be done.

Or a tree fell on one’s house. Or paid thousands of dollars to get leaky pipes fixed (because “everything needs to be replaced” if you don’t know how to do it yourself).

I feel bad for them, but I refuse to help. Get a man. I’m not in this to be your permanent handyman unless you want to be my permanent cook.

And they don’t even try to do these things themselves even when I explain it, offer the tools, and send videos.

It’s just this weird denial of reality where their standard of living is so much lower than it needs to be, and they are so unhappy.

I don’t know how this can get better.

Juju's avatar

And villainizing the white man.

Coco McShevitz's avatar

The funniest part of that response is that KBJ is implicitly acknowledging that gender is a matter of biology and not psychology.

RC's avatar

That's a great point! In her denial of being able to tell what a woman is she just reinforced what she wanted to deny. Oops.

Jack Sotallaro's avatar

When people have to toe the line or be excommunicated you eventually run out of people willing to lie to themselves in order to belong. That's where the Democrats are now; they've run out of people susceptible to the lies and are struggling to become relevant again. As long as they practice their religion of hate they will not succeed.

You don't have to be MAGA to vote Republican, just smarter than a donkey.

Keith Lehmann's avatar

You nailed this quite nicely. It can be boiled down to the fact that the Dems have run out of people believing their lies - remember, their entire philosophical ideology is built upon lies that run counter to human nature. Eventually, that catches up. Without a compliant legacy media that has no credibility any longer to help with the cover-up, the hate becomes too obvious and people turn away.

Maurice St. Cloud's avatar

Yes. I think most of the mental illness can be traced to denying the role nature or nature’s God made for us. It’s 200,000 (plus the pre-homosapiens) of programming that they are trying to override in a few generations.

We have roles. We are built for the roles. They aren’t absolute, but denying them is going to make you extremely unhappy all the time.

Trapped in IL's avatar

Or smarter than an ass!

Brian DeLeon's avatar

Interesting how so many women accept men dressed like women to be “women,” allowing these men into women’s spaces, to dominate women in sports, and to essentially destroy womanhood. When I was a kid in the Seventies, men who dressed up like women were called transvestites, and this was considered a sexual fetish. Now, men cosplaying as women are being normalized and society is expected to accept this. Emotional thinking, not logic, is what gets us here.

Brent Nyitray's avatar

Women have spent the past 50 years eliminating male-only spaces, so I am struggling to have much sympathy for them when their tactics are turned against them.

Alice Ball's avatar

The “feminists” are the ones who wanted to eliminate male spaces, not “women.” The same feminists are largely pro-trans and are busily trying to eliminate female spaces. This is where gender studies majors take society when given the chance, which the lunatic fringe progressives leapt at.

Brent Nyitray's avatar

The whole Boy Scouts thing pissed me off. My son is an Eagle Scout.

There are about six gajillion organizations dedicated to female empowerment, but one lousy organization dedicated to boys was beyond the pale.

KARYN TRUITT's avatar

I saw this when my oldest son was in middle school - the school district hosted a "Career Fair" and brought in over a hundred people to present what they did, on a Saturday afternoon. I took my son, and we were denied entry because it was for GIRLS. I asked, "where was that mentioned? Advertised?" and got eyerolls because, you know, "DISCRIMINATION'... No. I don't know. I was a PressMAN, I ran printing presses for 8 years.

Anyway, I asked when there would be a Career Fair for boys and was laughed at. I threatened to file a lawsuit, and was *VERY* grudgingly allowed in. I met several other moms with boys who got in for the same reason. We filed a nasty letter and petition with the school district and never heard from them. The next year, our family moved out of that school district and that was one of the reasons.

Brent Nyitray's avatar

And the left thinks it can gaslight boys into believing they aren't putting the thumb on the scale in favor of girls.

I told my son to be careful taking advice from culture, media and the educational establishment. They DO NOT have your best interest in mind.

Dena's avatar

The head of our school district again announced and publicly invited only ‘bipoc’ (black, indigenous, people of color, for those lucky enough not to be familiar) students & families to a welcome event at the high school. She (of course she) didn’t get away with it this time but got a letter from our new Trump admin civil rights head, Harmeet Dhillion asking her to clarify her racist invite.

Alice Ball's avatar

Totally agree. Their entire frame of mind that they turned into policy was women=men, they are interchangeable, there’s no such thing as binary genders. Absolute lunacy. I live in the South and we still respect an Eagle Scout bc we know what that took.

Brent Nyitray's avatar

I think it was about cultural dhimmitude.

Girls can have their own spaces and boys can't. Neener, neener, neener.

vader's avatar

The “feminists” are the ones who wanted to eliminate male spaces, not “women.”

This. When they say "a woman didn't win presidency because Americans are sexist" what they really mean but won't say is that a feminist didn't win presidency. Women have appeal across demos. Feminists don't.

TWC's avatar

And how many women spoke out against the extremes of these feminists? Virtually zero.

Alice Ball's avatar

Literally millions of us did!!!But we were stuck in the Dem media censorship machine & they stifled all dissent before Elon bought Twitter. The people in control of the government, and the media, and all the large corporations who were all in on it, completely crushed conservative voices. Unless you were on sub stack, you would’ve never seen a mention.

TWC's avatar

How about in the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, etc. This didn't all fall outta the sky. EVERY Leftist/activist movement has its extremes. And if not called out and quelched, massive harm ensues. Feminist 'theory' as a Leftist movt caused all this mayhem DURECTLY. And the 'moderates' let it happen.

JBell's avatar

Well, kinda. Bathrooms and locker rooms were never questioned and should always be sacrosanct.

TWC's avatar

This. Never mentioned in the conversation is how feminism and feminist/gender 'theory' is the genesis of all this. Also why we never see the radfems/lesbians call out women for thinking they're men. I'm, its far more egregious that some female thinks she can be a 'man' cuz she's queer, in need of mental health therapy, and/or is fighting the 'patriarchy' or some other nonsense.

Julia's avatar

They allow men into spaces of OTHER women.

Brian DeLeon's avatar

When my daughter was in high school, she ran the 100 hurdles in track and field. Where we competed, the average fastest times for the girls was 14-15 seconds. The average fastest times for the boys was 10-11 seconds. I sometimes thought about what I would do if a boy with a ponytail and lipstick ran against my daughter and ran at an average speed. None of the girls would stand a chance.

NWCitizen's avatar

Although I don't think biological males should compete in women's sports, they do NOT dominate women's sports. Only the few who win make the news. The vast majority are average athletes.

234's avatar

Let 'em be average somewhere else, like with their peers.

TWC's avatar

Yeah. Cuz THATS then point. Jfc

Kathleen's avatar

Males don’t belong in female sports

It’s just that simple

One is one too many

If a guy identifies as a girl- he is a guy who identifies as a girl, he is not a girl

Seva's avatar

“Only the few who win make the news.”

That’s a few too many since there would be none in a sane society. Are you happy about helping this society become insane aka possessed by the irrational?

Yes, it became fashionable to be trans. You can thank our public school systems for this and the Dems in Blue states pushing through their woke agendas (see JB Pritzker).

Patriarchy? What a laugh.

Modern feminism: girls and women being ruled and bullied by men claiming to be women all while screaming about the patriarchy.

vader's avatar

Believe all women...unless a woman accused a men identifying as a woman. Than it's believe all men identifying as women. Next will be believe all men identifying as women unless...some brand new "oppressed" group pushes men identifying as women down the totem pole and turns the previous #1 oppressed into an oppressor. It's gonna happen cause these things never end.

Liz LaSorte's avatar

Well said.

The oldest game in the Marxist handbook is to divide and conquer. For other countries, class war was easy, but America created a different scenerio since we all (after the Jim Crow era) can create our own version of the American dream, as we so determine, so even dividing us by race was beginning to end until Obama played it up again (we thought that would be the end of it, finally - a black president), so make it a gender war. How many people took the bait, only to realise it's all BS when we try to defy what nature built in as a perfect union: protector/provider man with nuturing woman to create a stong nuclear family.

We're Americans, damn it! We don't have to take the bait!

Emsrul's avatar

There are no men in the Democrat party. They have all been neutered. Bernie Sanders, Chris Murphy, Adam Schiff, Michael Bennett, and on and on. There-is no masculine energy left on that side of the aisle and that leaves those crazy shrieking women in charge. Without the counterbalance of masculine energy the feminine runs riot!!

AP's avatar

The normalization of the transgender movement is an existential threat to a large segment of bona-fide homosexuals: masculine lesbian women and feminine gay men. These homosexuals don't deny reality; they accept their birth gender instead of trying to assert otherwise.

I have no problem with transgenders living their lives as they see fit. But insisting that society must accept their delusions, and permit them to compete in women's sports and share woman-only facilities is ridiculous. Not to mention the demands for insurance-covered healthcare (for the rest of their post-surgical transition lives). Most cosmetic surgeries are not covered by insurance. Why would transitions be covered?

JOrtiz's avatar

Well written points but I would caution against using phrases like "birth gender". We are talking about sex here. Gender is the perfect word to turn what's inarguable into something arguable. Notice how everyone - even hospitals - ask you identify your gender. What happened to sex? The liberals kept insisting "Oh gender is totally different from sex" and then proceeded to get rid of sex.

AP's avatar

I use the word "gender" as interchangeable with "sex", because they are one and the same as far as I'm concerned. I believe the word "gender" just makes it clearer that I am not talking about intercourse. But I see your point. Younger generations see a distinction, one that I'm NOT trying to convey.

PhDBiologistMom's avatar

Till this trans stuff took hold, I had no real problem with the use of “gender” as a euphemism for “sex,” for those who want to avoid this kind of thing: https://youtu.be/v_EgvQjknwY?si=emS67nazTLs9kPJz

Now it bothers the heck out of me and when I get the chance, I question the term. (I know what my sex is; I don’t consider myself to have a “gender.”)

Sasha,

I’m here in Europe and I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to see MEN. I watched a boy maybe 17in Greece and just studied his machismo! It made me smile. I have yet to see a man dressed as a woman. That alone has made this vacation very uplifting!!

julia payne's avatar

The erasure of masculinity started in the 1950's with the early feminist movement. First we erased the nuclear family, then motherhood, and then men were the next level...now we are erasing the children with trans policies. This is of course the long-term goal of the WEF.....somehow we have to get the world population back to 500M...to save the planet, not the people...and WAY too many people have been sheep, believing all of this. What is wrong with growing up wanting to be a stay-at-home mom and have a hard-working husband who looks after the yard, the car, the finances, while mum looks after the children, the food, the clothes...it's really a very simple and happy life...the dems have ensured that every household needs 2 incomes, just to survive...and childcare...and on and on...the hate continues

"It isn’t that men shouldn’t cry or show weakness. It isn’t that they have to be everything they used to be."

I might have written that myself a few years ago, but then I met my husband. It takes a lot, like the death of someone close, for him to cry and he absolutely never shows weakness. I have to fuss over him and take care of him so he doesn't work himself to an early grave. But you know what, I admire him. I'm in awe of his ability to get things done. I'm also happier than I've ever been in my life.

The Democrats can't fix their problem because they don't know what it is. They think it's the messaging when the problem is the message. The best they can hope for is to lie well. Let's hope no one falls for it.
