AF Pararesque is awesome. I met one once in a firearms class and was impressed. They do everything the Seals do plus train to carry out wounded pilots. That does not seem to have been necessary in this case. The air supremacy made a lot of additional support available.
I’ve read several accounts online from those in the military formerly handling these types of rescue. It is heartening to learn how well trained our soldiers are for such missions. May God bless the USA!
The Iranian people/protesters helped the special op forces in the rescue by blocking with large crowds, so the regime couldn’t get through to kidnap him!!
Our military is so good at this. Those helicopter pilots are real heroes as they were in Vietnam. Thank God and on to finishing the job! Screw those rug heads.
