If you put your podcast on Rumble, there are ads and you can be monetized that way.

I would rather pay more and have the same service. You are the light that shines in the dark.

I look forward to reading you & will continue to pay. Whatever is best for you I’m for. Can you add a donate button or buy a cup of coffee button so those who can’t pay a subscription can donate a bit from time to time.

My vote is I’ll stay right here no matter which option you choose. Your work is excellent, and so important. There is nothing I appreciate more than seeing a new Sasha Stone post in my Substack inbox. Most of us only express opinions, few are willing to put it all on the line as you have.

Sasha, as a former radical progressive, it has been comforting, supportive, and informative to read your perspective. Your writings illuminate minds. They are clear, succinct, and brutal when needed. As many people as possible need to read them. p.s. I will continue to pay monthly as long as I'm breathing - which will hopefully be several more decades, so you're good, lol.

Good points. Sasha, it would be a great idea to have someone like Mr Calabrese tell his story to you in an interview. I'm always interested in how someone found their way to you (like how you made your way to Steve Bnnon.)

I pay for TWO Substacks. One of them is yours. What you have to say is too important to miss out on. Please continue your good work.

Sasha I just want to say that I think it is very generous and considerate of you to offer your readers a chance to give their feedback. I honestly think that all the options seem very fair handed, but ultimately you have to do what is best for you and your situation. As I have very much enjoyed your postings, I know personally I will do my best to try and support you in whatever decision you settle on.

I’m not going to vote because this has to be your decision. I have seen one author alternate paid and free posts one after the other. It seemed like a good compromise.

I’d also put a limit to giving my labor away for free. We’re all grownups here. It’s understood that you’ll do what you need to do.

Alex Berenson will put part of an article as free and then the second part becomes available free after 36 hours or something like that. He’s got a box to subscribe at the break which is a great idea to get people to subscribe.

I just cancelled the Formerly Free Press and upgraded to a paid subscriber to your site.

I believe it's our obligation to help you keep your lights on as you shine a path to logic, common sense, and reason in a world that seems to be going dark.

Keep up the excellent work, Sasha, and thank you for your contributions.

what made you unsubscribe? I did as well and never paid. I liked quite a bit but also did not like quite a bit, and I wanted to streamline my subscriptions.

Several things......I think they have become NYT lite. They are uneven in their coverage of Biden, Harris, & Trump. Bari has totally ignored the crimes of the Biden Family. If she calls herself an investigative journalist she should dig in and go where others will not.

Her wife has a baby and decides she needs 3 months off. Then they move back east to NY and they both take the week off. They couldn't rotate their schedules?

The last straw is them banning certain commenters for inocuos remarks. Her reasons are entirely subjective, ie "don't be a jerk"...hardly smacks of professionalism. The quality and substance of the comments are far superior to her left wing fill-ins.

Enough for me.

I wish I could pay so much more. Fixed income and Bidenomics do not work well together...

Podcasts on Rumble is a great idea! Thanks for all you do!

I am a paid subscriber and like many other commenters would gladly pay more. That doesn’t help much though because it begs the questions a) how much more? b) how many subscribers would pay more?

So I suggest one more poll asking something like “are you willing to pay $100/year? In part, you need to figure how much revenue you need to make and then back into how much you need to charge.

I’d be happy to pay $100 per year btw. Plus I like the idea of “buy me a coffee links” or “gift a subscription”. The latter would be nice too if we could select the person we want to gift a sub to.

If it were me I would combine #2 and #3. I have several other content creators that do a mix of both those options.

Tough choice. You're an important voice in a world drowning in censorship and Leftist propaganda.

On the one hand, I want you to earn a living; on the other hand your voice needs to be heard by as many people as possible.

Thanks for your great articles! I'll be a subscriber regardless of the choice you make.

Sasha,

Your podcasts are in a class by themselves. Nobody comes close, or even attempts to put the production work in that you do. That’s where your value is and charge for that. I also like the Alex Berenson delay idea, (but I pay and don’t wait.)

Also, I just got that Substack Summer review of my activity and you came in as my top subscription out of over a hundred.

Doesn’t Substack have any advice for authors, based on the reams of data they collect?

I love all your posts! I am thankful for what I’ve learned here. Idk what to do. I hope I can still read what you post. I don’t pay to read anything on here. As a widow, 2 years the 27th 💔😔, I’m the only wage earner here. May God bless you!
