Everyone thinks the migration of illegals would be linear. No, it would have been exponential, just as it was with Biden's term. The next 4 years would have acknowledged at least 20 million more illegals, if not 30 or 40 million more. As we have seen, there is no number the democrats would limit it to.

What are the efforts?

Trump:

- vowed to swiftly secure the release of Israeli hostages held by Hamas

- pledged to end the Russia-Ukraine war immediately upon returning to office

Mind you, during his 2024 presidential campaign, Trump made explicit promises to "end inflation" immediately upon taking office in J25. At rallies in Montana and Wisconsin, he declared, "Starting on day one, we will end inflation and make America affordable again, to bring down the prices of all goods."

After his 1st 100 days, inflation remains a persistent issue. In January, the Consumer Price Index rose by 3%, up from December's 2.9%, contradicting his pledge to rapidly reduce prices. Inflation will rise further courtesy of his tariffs in about 1.5 weeks.

Susan Stephens's avatar

Inflation is down; gas prices & eggs for example.

Btw, his voters aren’t microwave people so shallow we expect instantaneous results after 4yrs of Biden/Obama misery (after 8 yrs. of Obama misery). We know how Deep the Deep State was, but it’s shallower now instead of deeper. He’s accomplished more in 3+months than any president in my lifetime of 78yrs. He’s restoring confidence in government (would be faster if Congress weren’t a do-nothing bunch). The illegals have ceased pouring over our borders bc they aren’t open-season any longer. Deportations are not as fast as they should be bc of rogue judges interfering with the Executive Branch (not Constitutional, but Congress has a yellow streak in backing up our overwhelming elected president. DOGE is a promise that continues to deliver. Millions voted for Trump -some never voted before, some voted for a Republican for the 1st time ever (blacks, latinas, whites, mixed, etc). Nov.5 was seismic!

It was beating to the latte drinking, tofu, bleeding-heart, lawless, lawfare, baby killing, drag queen, child groomer, anti-American, Hollywood (what’s left), mass media, The View, censorship loving, socialist, communist, DEI, deviant, anti-faith, Act Blue, Soros, Tampon Tim, Kamala salad crowd ever. I could add more to the Blues.

Don’t fret about us! MAGA!

We are fine. We are pleased. We support our President fully. We love our gorgeous First Lady.

You can try to divide us, lie about us, spew disinformation & discord, but in masses people have awakened.

We’re AWAKE not Woke.

Why don't you try telling us what his conversations are with world leaders are like, he has gotten the release of some hostages, inflation has not increased, 100 days is pretty immediate, considering we didn't have a viable president for the last few years. Wanted an endless war, gave people up to the elites to take and spend our money, more homeless more gangs, free money to illigally-crossing immigrants, WEF ready to make us eat bugs, etc.

I have a brother who is a Magat. It has made him ignorant, full of hate, judgmental, and intolerant. I grieve for my brother. Trump seems to have that effect on everyone. All my brother does is make excuses for Trump, no matter if Trump tanks our economy, tanks the stock market, turns on our allies, sues universities, law firms, individuals he doesn’t like, sues the press… All those law suits are paid for with taxpayer money, and all they do is silence legal dissent and First Amendment rights. At this point if you still support him you are okay with a dictatorship like Putin’s, Trump’s best buddy. In Russia people live in tiny brutalist state-owned apartments, they are surveilled & spied on, they are not promoted based on merit, but on loyalty to the ‘ruler’. People are rewarded for betraying friends and family. If you speak out against the government, like Navalny, you end up imprisoned or dead. This is the world Trump is creating for us, and you idiots are too buried in your ignorance to even try to educate yourselves.

You're the one who's intolerant, judgmental, full of hate and ignorant, with your "magat" comment and total unbelievable amount of indoctrination from the leftist Dems who hate our constitutional republic and want (and push for, constantly) a global "regional" socialist democracy. Try doing some real research.

Expand full comment
L B Bowen's avatar

The reason I call him a Magat is because he started calling me a Libtard. I research constantly & watch all media sources, including Fox News. I watch BBC as well as communicating with my friends overseas. You probably watch Fox, Newsmax, OAN, & your far right friends on Facebook. You are in a Far Right bubble and aren’t getting any actual facts. Fox News was sued for airing completely fabricated lies. Their defense was that they are not a news source, they are an entertainment channel and that nobody would ever believe them anyway. Look it up. Nobody should only listen to one side—always listen to all sides of a claimed ‘fact’. Every major media source is now owned by conservative billionaires. It is getting harder and harder to find the actual truth because right wing billionaires are in control of everything. Pretty soon we will be just like Putin’s Russia, with no real freedom at all, and absolutely no wealth. I expect that is when you will finally try to find out the truth, but it will be way too late to change anything. There is a reason most Russians drink so much vodka—they have no freedom and their elections are a farce. Their economy sucks because authoritarian governments always skim off the wealth for their billionaires and leave the rest of the population fighting for scraps. That’s where we are headed. You probably are thrilled that the Left is surrounded & is being “owned”. You don’t see that you are in the cage with us & are as much a prisoner as we are. And you don’t have the key. All you have is absolute faith that the billionaires are going to let you out while they keep the Left in the cage. The tech billionaires call us regular people “NPCs”(non player characters) that are irrelevant to the game and are just manipulated and used for their own benefit. And Trump admires them and listens to them. My brother has a closed mind and won’t even read the things I send to him. And I’ve never been a Democrat, I’ve been an Independent. I lean left now because I actually do a lot of research and I’ve looked up Curtis Yarvin and Peter Thiel and Project 2025 and Putin’s relationship with Trump. It’s scary stuff and it has been going on a long time. Trump has destroyed our alliances and turned Canada into our enemy. He is decimating our government,

and the economy. He is trying to hand Ukraine over to Russia, which will literally gut it of its resources, murder or imprison everyone who fought against it, and steal all its children. Ukraine cannot surrender because they know how Russia treats its prisoners.

And still people like my brother blindly support Trump and hate people who are against Trump. And accuse everyone else of hating them.

Cat C.'s avatar

Nope, I don't watch all the sites you mentioned. Stop watching FOX about 5 years ago. What I have watched is C-span for decades (and the last few years, Forbes videos on Youtube of Congressional and government proceedings similar to C-span). I get my knowledge from the Constitution, Bill of Rights (within the Constitution), the Declaration of Independence and other stuff written along those lines (Lincoln's Gettysburg address, Washington's Farewell address, etc.) the Magna carta and also wisdom from the Greeks and Romans and most importantly, from God's Word. I chuckle with your "Putin will be running everything", knowing that he's been interfering in our elections from probably before you were born. I am for freedom by way of our Constitution and Trump left it up to the states to do COVID protocol. Trump is for freedom of speech which the left isn't. In fact, the left is for the USA being a "global region" within a global socialist democracy, not a sovereign constitutional republic like we have. As for Project 2025, I am not familiar with it but I've heard it's for conservatives values - for things like "having a father in the home" and "parents actually (WHAT A CONCEPT!!) RAISING THEIR OWN KIDS instead of dropping them off at the daycare down the street for the greater part of the day. RESEARCH backs up these concepts. Read the "Our Child" series of books by Louise Bates Aimes. Also, history shows they work best for civilization. Read the special investigator report on Crossfire Hurricane by Durham. There was NO "Russian Trump collusion or partnership". Do you know Ukraine's history? Do you know that many Ukrainians don't want war, whether Putin or Zelensky is their dictator in the end? Do you know any Ukrainians or Russians? I do? How old are you?

But these frustrations are not regret for voting for Trump, they are signs of impatience of people who have seen the Left bend and break all the rules and just want to see a little bit of accountability. If the socialists/democrats didn’t shrill, scream, threaten or abuse, there’d be silence (we wish) and with silence there’s only oblivion. There’re classic narcissists, like so many “modern” partners, aware that they’re so lacking in any talent whatsoever, they put all their energies into trying to come between people who can successfully get along, who can build things, who can live a purposeful life. They’re perpetually envious, envy being THE most destructive of emotions.
