It's telling that Tapper talks about the "bad" Joe Biden and the "good" Joe Biden who was "serviceable". There hasn't been a really "good" Joe Biden for quite some time. Why does no one ask who pushed Biden into a debate three or four months earlier than the usual timing of presidential debates? It’s like someone wanted to out him, but no interviewers that I have heard press this question. Those closest to him knew the truth, and still let him go out there when he didn’t need to.
