Sasha, you have been the most influential journalist in our house for the last few years. Thank-you for all you have sacrificed and continue to sacrifice. You’re beautiful.

What has she sacrificed in the name of Journalism? And is this the new norm for journalism hit piece political ads hating the other party?

Hi HL3, She has a very successful Oscar Awards Watch site called AwardsDaily.com. She took a significant financial hit by leaving the Left Woke DEI Trans cult and criticizing bigotry, racism and sexism. Further, she took a significant emotional hit by losing life long friends. Finally, she had a good sense this would cost her financially and relationships but she had the courage to be truthful.

If I recall correctly it wasn't her political stunts on this but her reviews on movies that gave her negative points. Also, when you call your friends political views toxic and partisan names I wonder how long you are going to keep those friends when you insult them all the time?

So your advice is to just stick with the cult, no matter what? Otherwise, you deserve whatever happens?

Pick and choose your words wisely. Throwing insults casually hurts some people more than others and MAGA should know this since many get highly aggressive when people insult their president. I been very careful with people I know when I get political with them its not easy but its the best way to handle it.

Yeah the violence is from MAGA. Dude you are so delusional. But, keep it up, you make our points.

She paid a price for stating the obvious. You deny that?

Paid what price? She has chosen to get political and now has switched from Hollywood to political opinion pieces.

"And that included 'coming out' in public about it, which meant I lost the bulk of my income and my so-called 'career.'"

Because of her political positions.

She's built this Substack from zero. So she's back. But only a dim bulb or a Dem tool would claim it hasn't cost her.

Kudos to you for not committing suicide yet. I'm in awe of your intestinal fortitude and total obliviousness to how people think of you. Keep fighting for evil!

I still read Sasha. She is good writer, but I can predict what she will write about. She converted from the left to the right and fully adopted the opinions of her new tribe.

HL3's avatar

And there is nothing wrong with switching opinions absolutely nothing. It's when she still calls herself independent politically when her viewpoints clearly contradict that.

Dickensian's avatar

I agree. She is not an independent and sounds all in with her new direction.

Sasha, you were just as fearless and brash as Megyn in her best moments when you took down Larry David. I would love for you to be interviewed by Megyn where you could talk about your opinions of today's Woke Left.

George Clooney is like that guy that used to be in that ad for aspirin; "I'm not a doctor, but I play one on TV." Except Clooney's line is, "I'm not a journalist, but I play one on Broadway."

I’d spend more time following these tales of elite if it wasn’t such a waste. Over the past 5 years my perception of just about everything has been altered. Would rather learn about true heroes who aren’t motivated by fame and glitter but who simply care about the truth and the well being of others. You won’t find that in Hollywood or in Time Magazine either.

Letitia James is going to prison

Letitia James is not who she isn’t

“No one’s above the law”?

That’s what I heard and saw.

So her husband‘s really her father.

And working in New York is really such a bother!

And if you want to know more,

two plus three is four!

And now Letitia James is going to prison

That's not actually poetry: it's the lyrics to a song I wrote in my head while "hiking" (thrashing, sloshing) in East Texas. I took a break while wading neck-deep across a muddy stream ...

Sasha, what a lovely article with Megyn, her amazing pictures of glamorous her and her handsome Doug and all the important recent highlights that she’s been such an influence in, particularly the election results. Of late I hope some of the Supreme Court watches her and helps ease up all the lawfare against Trump and stops a lot of this lower inner court gumming up the plan. If people could just put the TDS aside and look at his Policy, we’d be well on our way to a better America. Agree with Brian M you are fearless and would love you to see you and Megyn do more together, I love you both!

Sasha, Megyn just wasn’t right for the part way back when for NBC. I’m

not a woman but my wife didn’t think her show was worth the watch. My opinion? She’s found her groove. As a guy who likes sports it’s like she was traded to a city that grew on her. With different teammates and a new coach. I know the teammates and coach part may not be true but you get the idea. Tucker Carlson too has found freedom. Yes he got Fox into a big mess which led to his demise. But both made lemonade out of being given or creating lemons in their careers.

I admire both you and Megyn Kelly. You're not afraid to stand up for SANITY in a world gone mad. (Lefties Losing it)

Keep doing what you're doing. It's good for us.

Also, a side note. I received a postcard today from a Postcrosser in Louisiana who says she and her family are still masking up in public to protect themselves from long Co-vid, and a link to this site: Covidhelp.org. I cringe when I see people still wearing masks.

"She turns them down but also has the pleasure of taking a victory lap."

I was fired from a company many years ago. According to company policy I should have gotten a 3 day suspension without pay an a letter of reprimand. A week later both the plant manager and 3rd shift leader got fired, for firing me. And YES That feels every bit as good as you imagine it would.

Megyn did rise from the ashes.

As did you, Sasha.

George Clooney is a celebrity actor, Amal Clooney is a celebrity lawyer, and Megyn Kelly is a celebrity journalist.

Once they get the spotlight, they can't let go, feeling as though their childhood of being ignored is returning.

In HS, when we form much of our self-image, I was a T&F News HS All-American, and went to college at the university that had just won the D1 Championship in T&F. There were Olympians at the school, and athletes who made the NFL, NBA, and MLB.

Once injuries derailed my career, I was a commercial model, at least part-time. I couldn't go into a restaurant, grocery store, or anywhere without attention from women.

I prefer the quiet. I only started commenting on news articles and Substack posts because I was tired of the spin, and I think Sasha does a good job of seeing through the smoke and mirrors.
