Hmmm, creating a "media network", sounds eerily like advice I've given to the popular Sasha Stone given the demise of her Oscar blog.
You know, the marriage of a Stone-Peachy Keenan pairing for a weekly podcast, and adding some other guests to interview in a "The Five" style round table might be 1 + 1 = 5.
Just sayin'. Both are LA based. I'd find it "Must listen".
But hey, I'm just a frustrated producer who lives nowhere near LA so I can't get that kind of job.
And get this, Stone-Keenan-Jimmy Dore for a one hour show a week?
Get Tucker on for guest appearances. He is edgy and provocative, even when you don't agree with him. When he had his Fox show, he booked Tulsi Gabbard and Glenn Greenwald who were also very edgy back then. Now they are mainstream and Tucker might be the reason.
I love this and I love Megyn. Rarely has there been a comment I disagree with but when I do I know she has given full thought to her opinion just has I have. What I really appreciate is she's open to trying new things as they come to her organically. Her authenticity is what is so attractive. Very much like you Sasha.
Side note: I remember way back when, maybe even during the "Common Sense" days (now TheFP), you wrote such an eloquent response to something that I would wait for each drop to see if you commented. I love strong, authentic women...most probably because I strive to be one myself.
I don't know about that as I am not a part of the administration. However, I am of the belief that it never hurts to have attractive people in a movement as long as they can hold their own and aren't JUST a pretty face. As much as society likes to pretend otherwise, looks do matter. We are genetically hardwired for it as it keeps the species creating. No shame in it.
"Old Media moves too slowly".... ain't that the truth! Like everything happening in the world, it keeps speeding up. Maybe Elon Musk's biggest development will be Neuralink, which right now is targeted to help overcome nervous system disabilities like paralysis or deafness by developing the tools and learning how to link right into the brain to operate synthetic legs or hands will someday allow wireless telepathy. Then we can just pipe media straight to our brains without the intermediaries of sight and sound. Can we multi-task and develop multiple feeds that can be processed? We already do that to a degree. We keep breathing and our heart keeps beating even as we are thinking. Every day is a Brave New World.
