The intention of the false media portrayal of J6 was "Smear and Distract": Smear everyone associated as insurrectionists and distract from the very real concerns of cheating in the 2020 Election. If enough people are tarred and feathered for even attending, no one will bring up the cheating.

Yes, there were some rioters, but mostly it was people walking around and being let in (I also saw the video of Capitol security/police opening the doors for people and then the people just walked around). I also saw video of Capitol police just standing by, nonplused, as the "firedoors" were crashed into. They didn't do a thing about it. AND at one side of the Capitol, the Capitol police/security fired on the protestors when the protestors weren't doing anything violent or disturbing of the peace and then the protestors fought back. And lets not forget that the FBI testified recently that well over 200 "assets" were in the crowd, as were Antifa.
There were so many of us out there, we looked like ants from the viewpoint of a helicopter. THAT'S what truly scared the Left gate holders. Every single "ant" out there represented someone that wasn't buying their BS and could see the corruption and lies. We had to be exterminated. That plus the ability of Trump to call that many people out. No Democrat has that much influence. That kills them.
Less than 1% of the crowd got caught up in the trap and foolishness. Most of us were enjoying the fellowship, conversations and sharing hope that our elected officials (like Pence) would show some integrity. The Democrat media only focused on the less than 1% and made it seem like 99%. That was the deception.
I saw a picture taken from the roof of the Capitol and it looked like at least 100,000 people were there. So I think the percentage of those who acted like ass Os (smearing feces, yelling to hang Pence, breaking the glass 'fire doors' and hitting the police/security) was more like .10% of the total there. And I agree - they were shocked at the turn out, which they could never bring about just on their own (without a "cause" - like the "million man march", etc.). I think that's partly why they went after him so hard for the years after. Thank God it didn't work out. Those grandmas who walked into the Capitol to use the Ladies Room would still be rotting in jail right now, along with Trump and Melania (they find something to put her in jail for).

Lynette, to understand what TDS is, look up or listen to a video that describes the phychological phenomenon known as "shadow" postulated by Carl Jung. Basically, it says what we most aggressively and outwardly hate is a reflection of our own internally repressed attributes. Undermining mail-in voting was done by Pres Jimmy Carter and SOS James Baker when they collaborated on researching vote fraud and found that mail-in voting was the easiest way to rig an election! And either the UN or EU, up until the 2020 election, didn't even recognize an election as being legitimate if it was done 100% by mail. Trump wasn't lying, he was giving his opinion and lots of evidence was documented by video of suspicious behavior, lies ("water main bust" so they had to shut down counting - but they rolled out suitcases and kept on counting, without the press or Republican observers! - and it was a urinal leak!!!) and testimony (many were sworn affidavits) on cheating in the 2020 election. Georgia election official has (finally) come out and admitted that 315,000 ballots never should've been counted (not that all of them were bogus, but I have no doubt that at least 12,000 were, and that would've given Trump the win). If you were to rig an election, would you use the "largest source of potential voter fraud"? It makes sense that someone would. I never said that an election "would be rigged" with mail in voting, but there is, without a doubt illegitimate ballots cast in the "mail-in voting" system. And it has nothing to do with technology, it has to do with the chain of custody of a ballot. If you go down to your polling place, sign in, show your I.D., they check you off of their list (because you are registered to vote) and give you a ballot, you stand in a booth, vote and take your ballot to the ballot box and slide it in (usually with help from another volunteer), the chain of custody is complete, clear and safe, as long as you aren't using a stolen or fake I.D. Other methods of voting (absentee/mail-in, harvesting ballots after they are mailed, etc.) don't have a clear, complete and safe chain of custody.

Iraq was never officially a “war” either but that made no difference at all in what happened to Iraq. Shouldn’t you be aware of something so obvious? China will now have to buy the oil formerly obtained from Venezuela, from Canada & the Middle East. And the US is A-okay with this. Know that Venezuela's Maduro was courting Xi and CCP China, Russian/Putin and was instrumental in the drug and human trafficking trade in the region (which included the USA) and Maduro was much worse than Saddam Hasan as a dictator and Venezuela is a "stone's throw away" compared to Iraq and Afghanistan. An attack on the USA could easily be undertaken from Venezuela, but not from the Middle East.
Personally, I thought Bush should've bombed the shite out of Afghanistan (which he did) and then call it a day and when it was announced that he going into Iraq, I thought it was a typo in my local newspaper and it was Iran, which would've made SOME sense. Marxism was not Leftist in the latter's original meaning. Leftism is, at root, democratic. But Marxism has always been led -- and, in apparently all its applications, perpetually occupied and controlled by -- vanguards, burdened with inscrutable theory, while at the tops of organizations, far too often acting disingenuously. Hint: The biggest problem, everywhere, is not capitalism vs socialism, but psychopaths vs normal people. That is, people who don't care about each other vs people who do. It happens in EVERY instance of applied (economic/political) ideology, because it is OUTSIDE ideology, which is why NO ideology will EVER save us.
Marxism feigns to carry the flag of democracy, but it is a Trojan horse. Casting premature judgment, driving human emotions the way one herds animals, is how Marxism and its brethren infected modern education. She was just walking with the crowd (an ACTUAL peaceful protest), and when capitol police started a stampede, she asked them for help and was beaten almost to death instead! Most of those who were arrested had SWAT teams come to their homes early in the morning, while their children slept nearby. They were charged with things like trespassing and other misdemeanors, and none of them received due process, bail or a fair trial by jury! The FBI came out with a statement right after J6 saying that the people "chanting death threats" - Ex.: "Hang Pence" - were just a handful out of the few hundred that got into the Capitol. From the video I've seen, it was just a few out of those who rioted. Yes, there were some rioters, but mostly it was people walking around and being let in (I also saw the video of Capitol security/police opening the doors for people and then the people just walked around). I also saw video of Capitol police just standing by, nonplused, as the "firedoors" were crashed into. They didn't do a thing about it. AND at one side of the Capitol, the Capitol police/security fired on the protestors when the protestors weren't doing anything violent or disturbing of the peace and then the protestors fought back. And lets not forget that the FBI testified recently that well over 200 "assets" were in the crowd, as were Antifa.
There were so many of us out there, we looked like ants from the viewpoint of a helicopter. THAT'S what truly scared the Left gate holders. Every single "ant" out there represented someone that wasn't buying their BS and could see the corruption and lies. We had to be exterminated. That plus the ability of Trump to call that many people out. No Democrat has that much influence. That kills them.
Less than 1% of the crowd got caught up in the trap and foolishness. Most of us were enjoying the fellowship, conversations and sharing hope that our elected officials (like Pence) would show some integrity. The Democrat media only focused on the less than 1% and made it seem like 99%. That was the deception.
I saw a picture taken from the roof of the Capitol and it looked like at least 100,000 people were there. So I think the percentage of those who acted like ass Os (smearing feces, yelling to hang Pence, breaking the glass 'fire doors' and hitting the police/security) was more like .10% of the total there. And I agree - they were shocked at the turn out, which they could never bring about just on their own (without a "cause" - like the "million man march", etc.). I think that's partly why they went after him so hard for the years after. Thank God it didn't work out. Those grandmas who walked into the Capitol to use the Ladies Room would still be rotting in jail right now, along with Trump and Melania (they find something to put her in jail for).

Lynette, to understand what TDS is, look up or listen to a video that describes the phychological phenomenon known as "shadow" postulated by Carl Jung. Basically, it says what we most aggressively and outwardly hate is a reflection of our own internally repressed attributes. That is, what they project on Trump is truly how they are deep inside but have not come to terms with. There is of course rational disagreement with Trump on this or that policy but when you see it mixed with this reflexive and emotional vitriol, you know it has crossed into the realm of a troubled mind.

It was J6th at its climax, but it was so much more - undermining mail-in voting, lying by Trump throughout the election cycle (the only was dems will win is if they cheat), lying about results on election night itself, strong arming governors of the closet states won by Biden, fake electors. You have to marvel at the broad and cumulative and fanciful attempts to steal the election by Trump and gang.
Undermining mail-in voting was done by Pres Jimmy Carter and SOS James Baker when they collaborated on researching vote fraud and found that mail-in voting was the easiest way to rig an election! And either the UN or EU, up until the 2020 election, didn't even recognize an election as being legitimate if it was done 100% by mail. Trump wasn't lying, he was giving his opinion and lots of evidence was documented by video of suspicious behavior, lies ("water main bust" so they had to shut down counting - but they rolled out suitcases and kept on counting, without the press or Republican observers! - and it was a urinal leak!!!) and testimony (many were sworn affidavits) on cheating in the 2020 election. Georgia election official has (finally) come out and admitted that 315,000 ballots never should've been counted (not that all of them were bogus, but I have no doubt that at least 12,000 were, and that would've given Trump the win). Trump wasn't "strong arming" anyone, he asked for recounting (especially Georgia - refer to what I just wrote) and forensic auditing to be done. AND THE "FAKE ELECTORS" court case was just thrown out of court because it was bogus. It was not "fake electors", it was legal; Pres JFK did the same.

But the report did not say mail-in voting was “the easiest way to rig an election” or that elections would be rigged if mail voting was allowed. It didn’t recommend eliminating mail-in voting altogether; instead, it recommended improving security and conducting further research which happened. If you were to rig an election, would you use the "largest source of potential voter fraud"? It makes sense that someone would. I never said that an election "would be rigged" with mail in voting, but there is, without a doubt illegitimate ballots cast in the "mail-in voting" system. And it has nothing to do with technology, it has to do with the chain of custody of a ballot. If you go down to your polling place, sign in, show your I.D., they check you off of their list (because you are registered to vote) and give you a ballot, you stand in a booth, vote and take your ballot to the ballot box and slide it in (usually with help from another volunteer), the chain of custody is complete, clear and safe, as long as you aren't using a stolen or fake I.D. Other methods of voting (absentee/mail-in, harvesting ballots after they are mailed, etc.) don't have a clear, complete and safe chain of custody.

A good question. I think many of the people here see Trump as a sacred cow who must never be questioned, especially when doing something that really can’t be justified and is also a violation of a major campaign promise.

Not even Vietnam was officially classified as a war yet we lost 56,000 soldiers and severely damaged their country and our own country.

After all, Venezuela was a thriving Democracy until Socialism incrementally ruined it. If another country, like America, topples a dictator they will at least expect the new owner to give them a better standard of living as happened in Iraq. Seva, the move against Venezuela, IMO, is actually to try and prevent another, larger war. The primary aim is to deny China Venezuela heavy crude oil. Because that oil is both increasingly transacted in non-US dollars and also ships on sea lanes not easily controlled by the US blue water navy.
US leaning on Panama earlier in 2025 to change Panama Canal control is also part of this. For past 3 decades, CK Hutchinson Holdings (Hong Kong owned) operated the canal. But they were forced to sell to US BlackRock conglomerate in a $23B deal.
China will now have to buy the oil formerly obtained from Venezuela, from Canada & the Middle East. And the US is A-okay with this. Because if ever a future war with China (like annex of Taiwan or CCP move on South China Sea), the US Navy can immediately shut down trans-pacific oil shipments from Vancouver BC to China, or block the Malacca Strait to prevent Middle East oil to the Middle Kingdom.
US/England did this (blocking oil to Japan via Malacca Strait) in summer, 1941, in response to Tokyo aggressive move to take over then French IndoChina.
But our blocking of oil to Japan led to Pearl Harbor and WW2. Trump says Venezuela will continue to sell oil to China but now we’re in control of it and can stop it at any time. China will not be happy about this and will no doubt seek to strike back in some way. A situation where tension and escalation are constantly increasing is not a good place to be.

In 2025, Venezuela made up ~5% of China’s sea borne oil imports. With USA playing gatekeeper role on Venezuela oil exports under new government (still a ways to go there), the aim is to limit Venezuela oil sales to China, and whatever ships, goes through the Panama Canal US controls and is transacted in US dollars.

Trump is already talking about taking over Cuba next and he’s also warned Mexico to do something about their drug cartels. He seems to like war. Know that Venezuela's Maduro was courting Xi and CCP China, Russian/Putin and was instrumental in the drug and human trafficking trade in the region (which included the USA) and Maduro was much worse than Saddam Hasan as a dictator and Venezuela is a "stone's throw away" compared to Iraq and Afghanistan. An attack on the USA could easily be undertaken from Venezuela, but not from the Middle East.
