I Get Emails...

The latest comes courtesy of one “Gerry K” who is angry because he can’t unsubscribe. I have no idea why he subscribed in the first place. He is upset that he gets the Tucker Carlson emails. He claims he can’t unsubscribe but I can’t even find his email in my subscriber database.

As far as the Tucker Carlson blasts go, more people seem happy to get them than are angry about them, so I don’t know what to do. Anyone can opt-out by simply clicking on their subscriber preferences at the top right. Just unselect “Tucker’s Twitter,” and you will never receive another one.

Here is what he wrote:

I have been writing on this Substack for over three years now. I like to think I have something to add to the conversation, but I’m certainly not forcing anyone to read or subscribe, or pay to subscribe. I have yet to put anything behind the paywall — so I’m not sure why someone would be this upset over getting an email once in a while. But okay.

I have so many kind people here, so I don’t mean to point out just this one terrible email. I’m only posting it to say, if anyone is unhappy with the subscription, can’t get out of it, or regret becoming a paid subscriber, you can just send me an email and I will remove you, refund you, whatever you’d like. Deal?
