Happy Thanksgiving all. I'm grateful the Western Civilization will continue for at least 4 more years.

Very grateful for your wonderful writing and inclusive attitude all these years. You were the ONLY one who didn't cancel me in 2016 when I criticized Hillary! Looks like your Thanksgiving will be awesome with your daughter!

Only one who didn't cancel you? Says something about Sasha, but also about all those others. Perhaps you can appreciate more than many what Dr Jay Bhattacharya might be feeling these days- vindication. It's enough that you and Sasha know. Happy Thanksgiving.

Even Chicago seems ready for change. No denying the momentum is for change and change that happens fast. If this can happen in Chicago it can happen anywhere.

So Brandon Johnson is going to have a very short term in office?

There is no way to recall a mayor in Chicago or probably in the state. That means he’s in charge for another 2.5 years although the city council is turning against him.

Sasha, when you said, “At least we all know that we’re not alone…” it resonated deeply in my soul. For me, the feeling that this country was intentionally being pulled apart (divide and conquer) began in the Obama years with the intensification of identity politics. The vitriol between Left and Right has reached a crescendo that I didn’t believe this country could endure. The overwhelming support for Trump in this election has given me the assurance that, indeed, those many of us who have been so distraught with what has been happening to our nation are not alone…and that knowledge gives all of us hope!

Happy (and hopeful) Thanksgiving to all!

Thank you for this touching message of thanksgiving! We certainly do have a lot to be thankful for and the country finally feels like it has taken a big turn for the better! Cheers!

Wonderful! It's 23 below in Fairbanks and very snowy. Nevertheless, we carry on as our tradition and good cheer requires.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and everyone here . Finding the Substack world was a liberating event for me. Totally disgusted with corporate media, including the conservative portions. I couldn't get into podcasts since I like text, so here I am

So thankful for you Sasha! Been following you since you started this Substack (and before when you used to post on the sometimes “Free Press”). Thanks for making me feel I wasn’t crazy back in the early days of the Biden administration and thanks for the incredible community you’ve built here (now I not only feel that I am not alone, but that I am in the majority!) Wishing you an awesome Thanksgiving!

May you all have a Blessed Thanksgiving. There is much to be thankful for but THIS Thanksgiving feels like God has lifted a dark cloud that’s been lingering over our country and the sun is shining again . God has given us a reprieve and I hope we respond with gratitude as a nation. May HE continue to bestow his blessings on America. Safe travels everyone. Especially you Sasha.
