Some people are not concerned about the future, including some parents who don't even care about their own kids let alone anybody else's kids. Some people are very concerned about the future, and they might or might not have children of their own.

An election of Kamala and her Veep choice would be the end of America, as the nation moves in the direction of being fully controlled from the other unelected people they decide to put in charge.
This is the exact opposite of America. And I don't mean the nation of America; I mean the way of life.
End of America like Trump election was end of America? Hey, doesn't this site exist because Americans are repeatedly told that America would not exist if Trump was re-elected although it obviously existed during and still exists after his term? Therfeore why use the same rhetoric? Just say I think she's a bad candidate for reasons 1,2,3.
The first time I heard about "End of America" was in 2007, and the message from Porter Stansberry talked about this being the election of Barack 0bama. It has nothing to do with Trump being elected in 2016, so I am not adopting the messaging of my enemy.
From a longer historical perspective, one that aligns with my use of United States and America being separate, I look at America existing in this nation until about 1865, when the march away from federalism and toward federalization started. At that time, we devolved into the United States, where the US Government started creating more laws that aimed at reducing state sovereignty. This period lasted until about 1913, when the Federal Reserve and the income tax were installed. These actions centralized the money at Washington, DC, and the states were treated as mere appendages of a sprawling federal government.
So take your pick: 1865 or 2008. Either would fit my definition of the End of America.
I had not seen that Harris Freedom ad. How incredibly powerful. Somewhere Lenin and Hitler are gnashing their teeth that they could not create such effective propaganda. Some fifty years ago Edith Efron wrote a book entitled "The News Twisters". The people who created this new Harris ad are the grandmasters of twisting.

Slogans like Freedom and Rise fit the opposition, not the sitting VP. Freedom from what, current administration? Rise against what, current administration? Cause current administration has power. You can only Rise against and Free yourself from existing power holder. She's no underdog or rebel or underground fighter so her campaign slogans make no sense.

yes but we are still talking about the bubble heard. The point of every campaign that also includes logos and slogans is wider appeal than the bubble. But then, Build Back Better is probably one of the worst slogans ever and they won. Doubtful such tongue-breaking slogan helped or resonated so in the end they are just cosmetics.

Actually, that statement is correct. As a conservative would say "Import the 3rd World, become the 3rd World".
It is more sinister than that. One World means being subjected to NGOs like the WEF and the UN, which answer to no one and can dictate policy.
