Ice Cube. He and Larry Fishburne(and others) in "Boyz" showed how they were raised in this great country trying to get over the word 'race', etc.
Tucka has taken heat giving time to Tate and now IceCube and I just have to give him credit staying away from our so-called 'elites'. Ice has earned everything he has and has led a respectful life - can you imagine yourself under the fake TMZ 'lights'?
Good post, Sasha. This once-poor(however very loved my mother) white kid raised by a single mother knows many parts of Ice's life and we beat it, the shit that could have consumed us.
You’re not punished for lying, only for telling the truth. Profound statement. We live in a time of lies and it always comes from the top. The people at the top must all be liars. I won’t even go into the biblical ‘father of lies’, except to say that this appears to be his ‘little season’.
Thanks for posting this @Sasha Stone. I was delighted to see Tucker skirting links to Twitter and providing a direct link from his website. More and more people are dumping Twitter, which is a toxic distraction, and relying instead on Substack, Medium, etc.
Fun interview - I like the different perspectives. Tucker seems liberated now in who he can interview, and that is a good thing. That said, I think he missed an opportunity. Mr. Ice Cube talked about those in power letting the people down. He also, obviously, supported Obama. Why not a press on that? How well did Obama serve the black community, and how does he feel about Obama now living with all the rich white folk? Is there any sense of betrayal or at least disappointment? Would have been nice to know.
My hope is that Tucker returns to reinterview some, including Ice Cube, in future and pull the string on some of these topics. My take is that this being (perhaps) the very 1st interview and time together, that you don't go for every sensitive subject first go-around. It's about building up relationship first. To TeeCee's point, that can come across as having only certain agenda or (clickbait) POV to push, so we should be mindful of that...
Fair point. Maybe when he reviews the final production, Mr. Ice Cube will not only be happy with the end result but see how he praises Obama while correctly seeing how those of Obama's ilk have completely betrayed his people (and everyone else except their elitist pals).
Ice Cube is seeing in Obama what others (like me and others) see in past Republican presidents. That is where I find common ground with his outlook. As I grow older, the more I support age term limits. Power hungry career politicians hanging around forever to enrich their kin is a sickness of our Republic. Did you see Mitch McConnell stare off into space at podium today? It was worse than I’ve seen Biden age-fumble. That guy should retire, a stroke is coming soon. I’ve seen that face in many a nursing home. I don’t think we escape our decline without a States Convention. My hope rests currently that our Constitution has this avenue available, no matter how far fetched it feels in today’s political climate
TY for the link and continuing to provide links to those not on Twitter-X.
This was the first post-Fox News vid that Tucker has done that I couldn't finish. I was literally falling asleep! I'm not sure that I'm into Tucker's interview type shows.
He also spoke with Andrew Tate and let him off lightly ... information was apparently offered to Tucker's producer and was not even looked into. I'm afraid i agree with Miri AF that anyone in the alt media who get's airtime like RFK jr on Instagram!? which is very heavily censored, and Tucker on Twitter now X, are not to be trusted. And I have been a strong Tucker fan for a couple of years...but I am now extremely wary of the both of them and anyone else who gets lots of time on social media. We should all be wary!
Ice Cube and RFK, Jr. (and Tucker) appear to argue for dissent and choice, TC. So you only trust those media sources that do not tolerate dissent and choice?
No...it doesn't have to be either, or, does it? I'm just saying that when most of the real dissenters get no airtime whatsoever these guys are now filling our time.
I've followed RFK jr for a long time but couldn't get around his Co2 bs and i believe that he could get intot he whitehouse and push the carbon scam. stealth by the side door.
I've been a huge Tucker fan but I can't even watch his weak questioning of Andrew Tate....when there's sooo much evidence of what Tate was up to since 2016 with his trafficking, not kidnapping, as he keeps stating.
I come from a position where I now know nothing for certain any more and wish more people started from that position also and don't think the science is settled.
are you asking my opinion? the more choice the better. the more dissent the better. You weren't cancelled for your opinion, T, it's not like you're in a Barbie movie or something. What a groaner. Sorry, but this terrible overrated movie is going to be my reference point for the next couple of weeks or so. Like when Weird Barbie pretends to ask which shoe our heroine should wear. One might thing considering Alex Morgan and Lisa Lesley and so forth, there might be a choice of an athletic shoe, perhaps America would wonder over and give a 10 minute speech about Title 9. Nope. There was really only one choice: Weird Barbie forced stereotypical Barbie to go with the Birkenstock sandal! I don't think Tucker is so bossy...
TeeCee, sounds like you’ve been conditioned a bit that the interviewer needs to play ‘gotcha’ or the exchange isn’t worthy…? That’s my take on your statement that Ice (like Tate) was ‘let off lightly’. I just enjoyed listening to this iconoclast speak his principles. O’Shae walked away from $9M Hollywood paycheck because he would not take a vaccine that was in his mind ‘not proven’ being only 6-months old. The Tate interview was way too long, this one at 12min much better
I'm conditioned? what i said above is exactly the opposite. I come from a place of realising that I absolutely know nothing and take it all at face value regardless of who these famous people are. I like to apply logic and I'm assured in my own way that I am on the right side to question everything and everyone.
‘He also spoke with Andrew Tate and let him off lightly’ - TC what do you mean in regards to Ice Cube? Where should Tucker have not let O’Shae off lightly?
I’m with you on questioning all and apply critical think and approach. Hence my question to you to explain your statement. Feels like there is something in Ice Cube past Tucker should have hit upon, in your view. I’m trying to find out what you think that should have been

I enjoyed this interview. Free Thinking is doing a great job.
Ice Cube is one cool cat. He’s done more for his people on his own than BLM ever has or will.
Loved that interview! Awesome.
Ice Cube:
“If the truth hurt, say ouch”
Love that line… great chat with an authentic American
Changed my opinion of him, cool guy.
Amr, Australia.
It's up to us. If people work together, they can make the politicians follow.
100% agreed!
And the Truth shall set your Fee. Thank you Ice.

Are you ok? What are you talking about? you lost me at Barbie :)))

Just to clarify...i'm not talking about Ice Cube. I don't follow him.
I'm talking about Tucker and false idols.
