Very well said about the current war. As a human, I am screaming inside with the amount of wasted human life. I know there are people on both sides who wish this had never happened and would give anything for peace. I will take it one step farther with regard to the kicking the giant comparison: it is my opinion that Hamas knew full well what the backlash would be and that their MO of hiding behind their innocents would spark sympathy throughout the world. Note I said Hamas - not the Palestinian people. I pray that someone much smarter than me and most everyone I am reading and watching can find a way to peace.
As for content ideas, I second the border story idea and would also like to know how this invasion has weakened us for probable attacks on our soil. Is it too late or has the damage been done?
“The last four wars between Hamas and Israel have not changed anything. With each conflict, more civilians have died, even more have been displaced, and Hamas has received more funding from its supporters than ever before. This is the fifth war in fifteen years, and the deadliest for Israel since its founding.”
“What, then, is the goal? Who benefits from the war, this time?”
“Hamas does. Make no mistake: dead Israelis are good for Hamas, but dead Palestinians are even better.”
“Israel is currently sending in ground troops. Much of the battlefield will be in Hamas’s underground tunnels, where Hamas is not only prepared to meet them, but has been planning for exactly this kind of urban bloodbath. There will be many dead Israeli soldiers—a win for Hamas. There will be thousands more dead Palestinians—also a win for Hamas.”
“You Can Be Pro-Palestinian or Pro-Hamas. You Can’t Be Both.”
How long does anyone think the cached food and fuel in the tunnels will last? With Gaza now cut off, Israel can wait - siege style - and use robotic systems to explore and collapse tunnels at leisure. Along the way the starving Gazans will get to see photos and video of the piles of food, fuel and medical supplies Hamas tunnel rats have skimmed and cheated.
Watch this top video in this Yahoo News article about Palestinians in Gaza being bombed by Israel as they’re trying to flee to the south. A phenomenal win for Hamas, truly disastrous for Israel as people all over the world watch this.
Tens of thousands of pro-Palestinian protestors chant ‘Guilty!’ in front of White House.
In recent days Hamas has forfeited whatever credibility it once may have held. Anything they say through their various PR outlets is now deeply suspect. Israel is winning the PR war for the first time. Hamas and the Palestinian culture it represents was finally on full display and Israel, to its credit, splashed photographic evidence of the atrocities everywhere, forcing the world to acknowledge them. Now they are absolved. Hamas and a significant number of their supporters will be taken off the board this time.
Israel made every reasonable effort to warn Gazan civilians to move South of the Wadi Gaza. Those who didn't go self-identified as sympathetic to the Hamas cause, rightly or wrongly, and put themselves in a well announced harm's way. How many photos did we see of Gazans in rickety cars and donkey carts headed south?
Gaza has been described as the world's largest open air prison. Israel has staged a prison break for Gazans, if any, who want the prison guards routed. But somehow now that the Israeli threat has become manifest, some Gazans finally run. Must have figured the West would succumb to the usual guilt, driven by pictures of old ladies bloodied. Not this time.
For the Gazans who stayed behind, it suggests to the world guilt or at least complicity. Should have run when the getting was good. Or stay behind and fight it out for Hamas barbarian worldview. It was a time for choosing and the stay-behinds chose poorly.
I was in the third floor ballroom of Orchestra Hall on the evening of October 14, the Saturday following the Hamas massacre. Outside on Michigan Avenue was a throng of marchers with all the usual signs like "From the river to the sea..." and countless Palestinian flags, etc. This was seen as a celebration of the unspeakable brutality just being fully revealed. The crowd that came to hear the CSO might represent a group that is disproportionately inclined to be sympathetic. Instead I overheard whispers of disgust from those looking out the windows onto the avenue below. That march and others like it might be the most malign, destructive PR move since Kristallnacht. That you celebrate it makes me think you have no clue how ordinary Americans respond to messaging.
Never forget that Hamas, after winning municipal elections in 2006, expelled, imprisoned or executed every member of Fatah in Gaza. Forget a coalition government. That was almost immediately dissolved. So if Hamas prevails, one might expect a final solution that would encompass all Jews and a significant number of Muslims and Christians as well. It is for this reason that Hamas will be taken off the board. Despite pronouncements, no nation will come to Hamas's rescue either. They are toast.
“it is my opinion that Hamas knew full well what the backlash would be and that their MO of hiding behind their innocents would spark sympathy throughout the world.”
They knew this would happen and basically set a trap for Israel. They knew as soon as Israel started bombing Gaza and burying Palestinians under the rubble it would quickly shift global opinion not only against Israel but against Jews everywhere, even in America. What should Israel have done after the Oct 7 attack? They should have known bombing Gaza was a trap, maintained the moral high ground and demanded Qatar stop funding Hamas and making Qatar a safe haven for the leader of Hamas. They should have worked to block funding of Hamas from wherever it’s coming from and avoided attacking Gaza. Much more satisfying to pound Gaza into rubble but just look at the global backlash this has already generated.
Seva--you do realize that like Al Qaeda, Hamas has it's roots in the CIA/Mosad. Netenyahoo has been funding them all along, and has been recorded saying that Hamas is their best ally in the war against the Palestinians. A typical divide and conquer deal to split up the Palestine Authority, and side line Arafat. Like the 9/11 deal, 10/7/23 leaves a real stink--much more there than meets the eye. Maybe some day we will be permitted to know the truth about both horrors, but only if the new world order is run by people with both common sense and sanity, unlike our current masters in DC/EU etc.
“And finally, if you’d like to pitch me something to post here, I’m open to that too.”
How about posting about the exponentially increasing flood of migrants heading for our open southern border and our northern border is now also open since many of those border guards have been sent to the southern border to help process these people into the country? This is the collapse of our society right now, not something that could be a problem in the future.

What do you mean by that? I just saw what you mean by that. I put 2024 instead of 2023. And I always double check and triple check my posts yet it still occasionally does happen. I will correct it now. Thanks for letting me know.
I wuz gonna do the monthly thingie, but TBH I've been leaching off your Tucker posts ever since you started. To be even more honest, IDK how the hell I found ya in the first place.
Glad to be aboard....
I REALLY need to get back to work though. I'll be putting up a comment that will be more extensive by the weekend's end. Let me just leave you with saying YOU'RE NOT ALONE. I feel very much like you do.
I ain't Jewish. I'm a potato headed Mick originally from the Bronx and I've seen a L O T of the shittiness of life (former NYPD gets you to see the darkest side of humanity).
And I'm absolutely horrified by what's happening in the world re Israel. And I'm not using that word lightly.
I'm so confused though.
How the hellin' hell can Katie Halper, Max/Aaaron, even Glenn not be horrified? How the hellin' hell is that remotely possible?
Even Jimmy Dore?? (I've been a 'Gold' member of his website for years and I'm cancelling)
My wife and I are truly, truly baffled and aggrieved.
You put your position in this post so eloquently. Thank you for that.
May God bless you and keep you during these horrifying times.
“How the hellin' hell can Katie Halper, Max/Aaaron, even Glenn not be horrified? How the hellin' hell is that remotely possible?”
They are horrified but they realize that Israel has fallen right into the trap Hamas set for them. This also horrifies them. Hamas knows that dead Palestinians are a big win for them globally and all things are now global in our always online global civilization.
IDK about that Seva... I say this b/c I've been aware of Bibi for 30 (more?) years now. He's a crafty and smart as a whip dude.
OK... working from there...
I'm taking into account my BELIEF that Israel has state of the art surveillance equipment yadda yadda in the area. I'll give you 50/50 that Bibi knew something was coming; along the lines of the general historical theory that FDR thought Japan was up to something. I THINK it's possible (50/50?) that Bibi decided:
Whether I'm right or wrong re Bibi knowing, Hamas and all of Palestine- including all the bleeding hearts protesting are either savages or else are savages adjacent.
Gaza is a War Zone. They're in a war. As far as I'm concerned, Gaza is a terrorist entity; a terrorist state. Which means that:
- you don't provide aid and comfort to the enemy. Full stop.
- you keep at it until one side surrenders. SURRENDERS. Now, maybe that can be a conditional surrender, but in WW2, the allies agreed upon unconditional surrender to be their rallying cry.
I don't look at the photos of dead babies coming out of Gaza. Nor do I look at the photos coming out of the settlements of Oct 7. I know enough facts to make my decision where my support lies.
At the very least, the world is seeing up close and personal just what a horror war is; and this is a limited war. The Iraq/Afghanistan invasions were sanitized by the DOD; that was just as (if not more so) horrific. Now at least, the world is seeing day in and out just what war really is, and it ain't no John Wayne movie.
I think Israel is in a fight for survival. If they cave an inch, it'll come back even worse. They have to eradicate their enemy.
But much of the world considers that genocide and the days when America was a global superpower that could give Israel a green light to level Gaza are long gone and the world knows it. Open borders, dumbed down schools that poison children with Woke race and gender pathologies, the demonization of “Whiteness!” and the war on meritocracy due to it’s “disparate impact” on blacks which the democrats condemn as “racist” are just a few of the many ways America is disintegrating and the world knows it since they see it online every day just as easily as we do.
Your belief that America can back Israel to do what it wants is simply not at all true. Our ruling class is already waging war externally on Putin and Russia, and internally on Trump and MAGA. Could they also take on China and Iran, with our Woke and ruined military? I think not.
IDGAF what 'the world' calls it. It's a war. I'm no historian; just a working class schlub. But what I understand, war is when two countries go at it.
Additionally (and please, if someone knows actual facts chime in), I'm of the impression that Israel sees this confrontation as MORE of an existential threat than Russia does w/ NATO at their borders. Russia is fighting for economic/social/political control; no matter how it turns out, even if Russia were to lose in a war w/ NATO, there will still be Russians just like there are still Germans in Germany and Japanese in Japan.
Israel?
Huh.
Their enemy has made no bones about they want all Jews DEAD. Yeah, they dress it up w/ niceties sometimes, but you don't have to scratch that surface much to see what they're really all about. If a schlub like me can see that clearly WTF'n F???
Now here's where I see a glimmer of hope:
I described reality in the above paragraph; I am absolutely convinced Israel is not only in a fight for its life as a nation, but for Jews around the world.
All the woke BS you've described is just that: BS.
Just as the Tranny nonsense is starting to see pushback, and we're learning that Ibraham Kendi is a charlatan (Don't get me started on BLM)...
The truth is coming out.
There's not a lot of people saying the truth on Twitter. Bari & Co is in the minority (Douglas Murray is a F'n hero AFAIC) and I'm on their side. We're speaking the truth.
I find it remarkable about how Sasha has recognized the aspect of turnings. It seems that the West is suffering from amnesia from what happened 80 years ago. Well...
This is going to be sooooo bad.
But it's due.
BUT
Those of us who survive (I'm so PISSED I'm 65 right now) will see such a better world on the other side. But we gotta go through hell first.

Here's my pitch for a post. Sasha you are a native of CA, I'm a 4th generation and what Gavin Newscum has done to this once great State of CA is criminal. Please, start writing about his unbelievable lying about his abuse to this state. He is vying for a POTUS run. Thank you...
