Great idea. Hope they implement it. Lamestream media isn't going to get the Trump message out for sure.

Pitch for the Trump Campaign means in translation: I know he's losing. It isn't that the campaign doesn't know what to do but their undisciplined tantrum-throwing candidate won't stick to the script.

Now that we are at it, the bigger question is, why didn't Biden hire the same team that won him his only term? The same team is now going to win Harris her first. Did they decline or did he think he could do without them? If you don't mind I will share this story. I never have before because I didn't want to be misunderstood. It's a story about choices not cosmic justice even though I jokingly call it that.

The story: some time before Biden's fateful debate, Daily Wire raised a huge stink over Biden's new-old campaign addition, some guy whose name I forgot but who looked like an extra on Jill Biden's Xmas video. lets call him the Xmas Guy. In that moment, I had a premonition that Biden was cooked, not in the sense that he would lose to Trump - that didn't cross my mind - but something undefined. I knew the Xmas Guy appointment was a mistake somehow. So when debate night came, I went to sleep expecting the usual media fawning over Biden mogging Trump. I woke up to a whole new world which instantly reminded me of another story. Back in 2021, when I was tired of explaining that election fraud of magnitude some claimed was impossible to hide if it happened, I said something along these lines: "you can't prove that the fraud happened and I can't prove it didn't so lets put it in the hands of cosmic justice. if Biden won fair and square he will have long and prosper 2 terms. if he didn't, he'll leave early in disgrace".

The moral of the story isn't cosmic justice. It's that when you get away with something for too long (in this case hiding cognitive decline), you are bound to get too comfortable and make an unforced error. Likewise, when you get away with hiring incompetent staff just because of agenda (in this case DEI) and to provoke the opposition (make no mistake, Xmas video, Rachel Levine are not inclusion, they are provocation to "own the nAzIs") you are bound to make a mistake. The Xmas Guy was the symptom of the problem. They staffed their campaign with people like him, to whom "owning the nAzIs" was priority above all else. Decision to debate Trump before clinching the nomination was "owning the Orange Hitler" not something a serious campaign would suggest. In fact, they would know it was a risk not worth taking. But Trump claimed Biden was demented and looked like a fool every time Biden made a rare public appearance sounding coherent and presidential. Why not settle the score once and for all? It backfired in the worst possible way where his own party, not the people, pushed him aside. In short: he left in disgrace.

Trump makes his own bed. It isn't that he doesn't get sound advice but he brushes it off. There are 2 ways to lose. One is like a loser and the other is putting a such a good fight that in the end the public wishes you won.

I listened to the Musk-Trump interview. Although I think it went on for too long and they repeated many of the same points over and over again, I think Trump and Musk started to paint a picture of a future America that most Americans would want to live in. People want to be excited for the future again. They want to believe that our country is still capable of doing great things and I think they believe Musk is a man that can make great things happen if the government is not trying to strangle innovation.

Trump is still a businessman at heart and I think he is genuinely excited by some of Musk's ideas. Wouldn't it be great if our cities were safe and had world-leading technological innovation in transportation? Wouldn't it be great if you could take a foreign visitor to New York or Washington and be proud to show off great, clean, safe cities instead of the crime-infested, rundown dumps that we have allowed our cities to become?

While I believe that our country has many problems that need to be addressed, and we may be too far gone already, people need to believe that there can be a better more exciting future. I think this is what Musk's endorsement of Trump can bring to the campaign

Another thing they should do is develop a template for the downticket. The most obvious example is Tester running for reelection to the Senate from Montana. The message should be

Jon Tester voted for Chuck Schumer to lead the Senate. Would you vote for Chuck Schumer as your Senator? Well, a vote for Tester is a vote for Schumer. A vote for Tester is a vote to end energy production in the United States. Do you want Schumer and EV's?

Use that in all 33 Senate races. Of course, some are giddy at the prospect of more Schumer but we're only looking to flip a half-dozen.

Do the same with the House. Whoever the Dem candidate is point out that he or she voted for Hakeem Jeffries and would vote for him to be Speaker.

Tie it all together with "And he was part of the operation to hide Biden's mental decline."

We truly need more conversations now. They are way more enlightening than any debate. Also, we the people should be able to ask a few questions, chosen my polling on X, imo.

FDR's fireside chats began during the Great Depression, a time of high economic anxiety, like our own. Just the sound of two great men talking together in a familiar way might serve to soothe other fears we have as well. Wonderful idea.

Sasha - it’s a great idea. I wish Trump was more disciplined. I wish he would just stick to policy and vision. While a few of the stories are hilarious some come off as rambling. I’m 100% on board with him but over exposure is real. Like 15 minutes of Kamala word salad would be over exposure for me.

RFK Jr is a democrat. It takes him a few minutes to articulate some things but I could tolerate that. If someone could articulate the democrats policy on the border, on why boys bathrooms need feminine hygiene products, what will they do specifically about inflation and the economy, why do we tolerate crime, what are we doing about our 35 trillion in debt. I’ll listen.

Trump believes energy costs is a contributing source of inflation (which I agree with). Musk believes it’s rampant spending and loose monetary policy. What the fuck does Kamala believe? We must be unburdened by what has been so we can face what has yet to come through the passage of time.. Two months ago she was a pariah, now she’s an Obama like orator. 😂 🤡
